Independent Judiciary Is Essential – Case For Annual Judicial Reviews

“Independent judiciary is essential to the maintenance of public trust and confidence in the court system” – NCSC   ProPublica published  by Joe Sexton an article titled “Despite exposes and Embarrassments, Hundreds of Judges Preside in New York Without Law Degrees” on June 26, 2017. A review of the work of the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct chronicles the costs of a tradition resistant to change. Granted it was a bit over the top rant but it was justified.  The article did get me thinking…where is the most vulnerable ground level spots if some group such as communists, radical Islamics, … Continue reading

Tom Fitton on Comey, Special Counsel, and Deep State

Interesting that Fitton noted that a Special Counsel may actually be unconstitutional because it has no oversight, no authority to go beyond the specifically stated contractual reason for convening, and is not duly authorized by congress or public vote to acquire unlimited access to records or have unlimited authority. Yet apparently This special counsel is usurping the lawful authority rights of congressional access when someone appeared before the Oversight committee and used the excuse that they could not reply until they consulted with the Special Counsel such as happened last week. Fitton also makes reference to the illegality of any … Continue reading

How Is DoJ Press Release A “Cryptic” Message?

The statement was issued just hours after a report from the Washington Post stating that Special Counsel Robert Mueller was investigating President Trump for possible obstruction of justice. Twitter and internet have blown this sky high claiming it is “cryptic”.  Cryptic — really? As defined, cryptic is (1) having a meaning that is obscure, enigmatic, mysterious, confusing, mystifying, perplexing, puzzling,  abstruse, arcane, oracular, Delphic, ambiguous, elliptical, oblique; or in more modern vernacular–informal “as clear as mud”. (2)  serving to conceal; and  (3)  employing cipher or code. The only think cryptic about that message is that people have managed to go … Continue reading

Looks Like Radical Left Decided If Less Violent Threats Aren’t Enough in Georgia…

to get their way, then they will resort to other means of getting their people elected.     The special election is to replace former Rep. Tom Price (R), who left to become President Trump’s Health and Human Services secretary. The two main candidates in Georgia District 6 are Karen Handel (R) and Jon Ossoff (D). A federal district judge ordered the voter registration to be reopened on May 4th citing the ruling as part of a broader lawsuit by a Washington-based advocacy group, which last month accused Georgia of violating federal law by reducing the amount of time residents had to … Continue reading

State Dept and DoJ Need To Seriously Listen To Allies And Update Their Terrorist Lists

What happens when we work to develop a good relation with certain Middle Eastern countries and we do not listen to their advice? We get the opportunity to have radicalization of our own citizens thanks to their stupidity. Report: Top Muslim Scholar Calls for Death of Christians Clarion Project Elliot Friedland June 12, 2017 Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, one of the leading theologians of the Muslim world, who is considered the spiritual guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, has called for the murder of Christians. Sessions Testimony from a Non-Conservative View

I rarely provide videos of liberal views for probably the same reasons that liberals rarely read or listen to conservative narratives. But the following video is very interesting not only showing the harm the Democrat Party has done to its own supporters but that we, if only on a few issues, are saying about the same things albeit from different angles. This guy’s voice can be annoying but his rant is on topic. He was/is a Bernie Sanders supporter which is a big turnoff for my conservative patriotic soul but…he sure can stab and turn that knife. SESSIONS TESTIMONY MAKES … Continue reading

What John Kerry, Politicians, and Climate Change Have In Common …

A history of starts, stutters, transformations, false information, warnings, and fails… Liberals especially those in the public arena should remember that their houses if built upon unstable land tend to develop sinkholes.  Climate definitions: 1. the weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period;or, 2. the prevailing trend of public opinion or of another aspect of public life. Requiem For Western Nations

WWII – 1940’s     “…We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender” Sir Winston Churchill excerpt from June 4, 1940 Commons speech.  Attributed to Churchill right after the speech, ” “And we’ll fight them with the butt ends of broken beer bottles because that’s bloody well all we’ve got!”   “They sowed the wind, and now they are going to reap the whirlwind.” British Air Marshal “Bomber” Harris.   June 3, 2016 .   The … Continue reading

That Pesky Paris Climate Agreement

That most people, especially liberals, have not read… 7 Reasons Trump is Right to Scrap the Paris Climate Deal American Liberty PAC June 1, 2017 BY D.E. Writers are apoplectic. Todd Stern at The Atlantic says such a move would be “indefensible.” At Slate, David McKean and David Wade said pulling out would be a huge mistake “because our planet is currently on a collision course with Mother Nature.” At the Washington Post, Greg Sargent complains that Trump’s rationale is “based on lies.” The seven reasons listed were: 1. The Senate never signed the agreement. This is kind of a … Continue reading

European Destiny Observation

Merkel urges EU to control their own destiny, after Trump visit, climate change decision Fox News Eric Shawn May 26, 2017 German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Sunday that “the past few days” have shown her that European Union nations must maintain friendships with the United States and Great Britain, but also put “our destiny into their own hands.” “The times in which we can fully count on others are somewhat over, as I have experienced in the past few days,” Merkel said Sunday at a campaign event in Bavaria. “And that is why I can only say: We Europeans must … Continue reading

World Health Organization Targets Who?

Recent articles highlighting World Health Organization’s manic fixation on the tobacco industry got my attention. I fully acknowledge that tobacco products are a health hazard…my doctor says so every time I visit as have countless ads and pamphlets. My anger isn’t over that. However, where has the WHO got the right to spend millions and billions of taxpayer dollars bringing down this industry when there are so many much more worthy health issues to focus on? Is there pictures and studies which show how tobacco has created deformed babies? How about information on the extreme effects of tobacco similar … Continue reading

Time to confront local Islamists

Interesting how those who are not in politics can see more clearly than those in politics just where all of the “conquering western civilization” thing is headed. Hat tip Aussies… Time to confront local Islamists: this is war The Australian Jennifer Oriel May 30, 2017 Britain has been invaded. Whitehall has revealed that there are 23,000 suspected terrorists inside the UK. What it didn’t say is that the British army reserve has just 29,940 active personnel. The implications are clear, but no politician will admit them. When the number of enemies inside a nation nears the number of its … Continue reading

Open Letter to CNN, Kathy Griffin and the Left Wing Nut Jobs

ENOUGH   IS   ENOUGH Dear CNN, Kathy Griffin, and left wingers From A Mother, Grandmother, and Patriot Kathy, I have never been a fan of your style of comedy. You have not heard me say so, because I figured someone out there might be and deserved the respect to hear it. You have never seen obscene or grotesque caricatures of your face publicly by me because I am not one to deliberately and publicly display crudity of anyone. That is bully tactics. It took time, effort, and a very destructive personality to plan, put together, then present this sick … Continue reading

President’s Supporters – Call To Action

Recently I decided to see where the confirmation of President Trump’s nominees stood in the Senate. To say I am furious is not even close. There are a lot of nominees who have been placed on dockets for committees to review and pass over to the main body for approval since February 2017. Many appointees have languished waiting to be confirmed WHILE THE SENATE HAS BEEN BUSY DOING VERY LITTLE BUT COMPLAIN. A closer look at those sent to committees: Privileged Nominations Pending – 4 Nominations Pending Agriculture, Nutrition, Forestry – 2 Armed Services – 2 Banking, Housing, and Urban … Continue reading

Flashback – Times When Congress Refused to Call Obstruction On Obama

Democrats are determined to roast Trump on obstruction. I like many are sick and tired of the yapping hysterics of liberal media drama queens as well as Democrat and RINO members of Congress. Where were they during Obama’s real obstructions. Remember When? January 28, 2010 – State of Union Address – Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, during the address, Obama took SCOTUS to task for their decision NYT – Supreme Court Gets a Rare Rebuke, in Front of a Nation” Washington Post – Alito v. Trump’s Employment Promise Is Being Felt Almost Daily Now

Winning slowly but surely — imagine if Trump did not have to fight all the little nonsensical roadblocks the Democrats and liberals are so bound and determined to throw up. After eight starved years, we finally have a president that not only is living up to his promises of campaign trail but doing it despite their efforts to stall progress. Kittery, Maine was incorporated in 1647, staking a claim as the “oldest incorporated town in Maine. It sits surrounded by the natural harbor and estuary of the Piscataqua River. Loyalty To Trump Isn’t Enough…

The prime objective of every American, especially in government should be fidelity to law, order, constitution, and the United States above personal gain or individual sentiment. Attacking a sitting president without just, factual, and legal cause is offensive, ill-advised, and smacks of sedition; but then, so is stupidity at the highest levels of governance. A need to “teach” a president something should not even be a consideration. Whistle-blowing is for real issues based in factual documentation not the bullying, tantrums currently being displayed by some who simply can not get over the fact they lost, refuse to move on, or … Continue reading

Trump Begins Work On Filling Judicial Court Vacancies

Every President generally has a lot of housekeeping duties to fulfill during their term in office. Judiciary appointments are only one of many. Before Obama left office, he also had several dozen confirmed and more that were stalled as the last year of his presidency ended. Now it is Trump’s turn to find judges who believe in the rule of law and the constitution as written, hopefully. Filling these judgeships are critical to meet the needs of citizens under indictment and provide relief to current judges with staggering workloads. According to the US Courts website, as of today there are … Continue reading
