Apparently, Cinco de Mayo won’t  be celebrated in Philly because too many of the participants think they might be deported. I don’t know anything about how Cinco de Mayo in Philadelphia might differ from other American cities. But it is telling that the city’s planned celebration has been cancelled out of fear of ICE.
