Some Thoughts on Missiles & Bombs

These last days I have been ruminating over the events abroad, actions by President Trump, actions by world leaders, responses from idiots… Some things make no sense unless one steps back a bit.  It is akin to not being able to see a forest because you are too close to the trees.  That stated, this is what I have concluded: A)  Syria allegedly gassed it’s own people thus garnering a response of 59 cruise missiles from the USA on an airfield.  I call bullshit on Assad ordering the gas.  What’s more likely is jihadis used a remote detonator strapped to … Continue reading

Quote of the Day – Happy Pascha (or Easter to Western Christians)

I think we need to do some deep soul searching about what’s important in our lives and renew our spirit and our spiritual thinking, whether it’s through faith-based religion or just through loving nature or helping your fellow man. Louie Schwartzberg Do you people know how hard it is to find a good quote for Easter that is not a quote about either Christ or the Easter Bunny?

Time for the US to stop arming its enemies

From American Thinker: By Rachel Ehrenfeld No one expects the Trump administration to reverse the disastrous effects of the Obama-supported Muslim Brotherhood’s hijacking of the “Arab Spring” in the Middle East that increased the regional contest for supremacy in the Islamic world.  The rivalry has intensified between the Sunni camp led by Saudi Arabia and the Shiite camp led by Iran – each with its pet terrorist organizations. It’s hard to overstate how much damage was done by the Obama administration’s misjudgment that Sunni jihadists and Shia Iran were somehow friendly to us and could be useful tools of American policy.  But using … Continue reading

MOAB Death Toll Rises

On Thursday the US Air Force dropped a M.O.A.B on an underground ISIS facility in a remote part of Afghanistan at the request of US Special Forces attempting to root the troglodytes out.  The cost to our brave soldiers would have been horrific via conventional combat.  To that end, a M.O.A.B was requested and the request was granted and the bomb was deployed.  What resulted was a 2 mile wide crater.  Initially 36 jihadis were reported dead.  Now the death toll is 94 and climbing including 4 head ISIS commanders.  It will never be possible to know the full extent … Continue reading

Tucker Carlson – Growing Dangers From MS-13 Gang

Last night… This problem has been exacerbated during the Batears Administration because they refused to prosecute these vermin.  Limp Wristed republicans didn’t stop it because many feared retaliation at the ballot box which the election of Donald Trump proved a non-issue.  Trump ran on a “law and order” platform.   Finally, now our present and long standing laws are being enforced and these vermin will be dealt with accordingly. We all heard AG Jeff Sessions last week with his announcement that “catch & release” of illegals has ended.  They will be detained and deported. Also, Federal Funds going to “sanctuary … Continue reading

Did China Just Deliver A Major Slap Down To North Korea

The following was sent over media nets but quickly removed. However, it was there long enough to be cached by at least one media outlet. China Threatens To Bomb North Korea’s Nuclear Facilities If It Crosses Beijing’s “Bottom Line” ZeroHedge by Tyler Durden April 12, 2017 With everyone putting down new and/or revised “red lines”, be it on Syria or North Korea, it was now China’s turn to reveal its “red” or rather “bottom line”, and in a harshly worded editorial titled “The United States Must Not Choose a Wrong Direction to Break the DPRK Nuclear Deadlock on Wednesday” Beijing … Continue reading

Why Is There Such A Problem With Syria – Part 2 Overview, 2000-2017

As I mentioned in the beginning, I started this as a quick timeline using just information on Syria. The purpose was to better understand how a president could order vile chemicals and other things against his own people. The more I delved into the timeline, the more I realized this wasn’t about one man though leadership is a strong indicator; but, it is really the events leading up to his installation and about all of the events surrounding his time as president. In many ways I do believe Assad is a bully autocratic leader. He is after all a … Continue reading

Why Is There Such A Problem With Syria – Part 1 Overview

Why Is There Such A Problem With Syria   We have had ample history over a thousand years of the rise, encroachment, receding, and dissolution of the Ottoman Empire and all those who were Islamic followers. In most cases, western cultures do not understand them nor their lifestyles at all and there is often a clash on beliefs and laws. Most westerners do understand that the different groups in the Middle East have been warring for as long as there have been tribes and sects of Islam. Just as most westerners today realize many of the so-called radicals follow … Continue reading
