Hard Rock Mining Rule by EPA on Hold For Now

They used the Superfund Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (42 U.S.C. §9601 et seq. (1980)) as their authority to issue the new rule. The act provides a Federal “Superfund” to clean up uncontrolled or abandoned hazardous-waste sites as well as accidents, spills, and other emergency releases of pollutants and contaminants into the environment. Through CERCLA, EPA was given power to seek out those parties responsible for any release and assure their cooperation in … Continue reading

The Scandals of Bubba Clinton

pale in comparison with the Barky Obama-Cankles Clinton scandals. Before you read the full article, you’d best be sitting down. That no one has been indicted yet is a travesty and a blatant example that the US Government is totally corrupt.   EXCERPT:  “I. The U.S. Government Failed To Appoint An Inspector General For Five Years Hillary Clinton was appointed to her position as Secretary of State on January 21, 2009, serving until February 1, 2013.  From January 16, 2008 to September 30, 2013, the Obama administration had failed to appoint an Inspector General for the Department of State (DS).  This … Continue reading

Ways Government Can Help Communities Get Back To Work

It isn’t often we can talk about EPA helping a community rather than finding ways to stymie and wrap them up in regulations and rules. BUT here is one that is worth a great deal toward moving unemployed and young people forward into an industry that really needs to be considered.   How many times have we heard of disasters where hazmat cleanup and workers were involved? Certainly more every day as places across the country meet different scenarios. Where do these workers come from? How do they get trained? Is it an industry that could provide good paying jobs … Continue reading

H.J.Res. 43 Now Law – A Win For Pro-Life Values

Totally being ignored or generally hushed up by MSM has been the signing of HJ Res 43 into law. Only brief references and mostly non-mainstream have told the story. The president’s enactment of the legislation into law is the latest in what is now a series of pro-life actions by his administration in moves designed to fulfill promises of his campaign to pro-life advocates: –Trump signed an executive order Jan. 23 that reinstated the bans on federal funds for organizations that perform or promote abortions overseas. –The State Department announced April 3 it would not forward congressionally approved money to … Continue reading

Wildlife Groups Attempting To Stop Border Walls

Congress returns on April 24 and 25 after an Easter break to mull over more issues. The one taking front and center is the looming budget deadline. Of the issues most important during campaigns and for citizens in general is the building of a border security wall using technology, increased border manpower, and a physical wall to get it done. Wildlife groups have always found ways to thwart construction or forward advancement to protect wildlife. I actually am for better building construction with wildlife concerns in mind. But, I believe that with meaningful mediation, forethought, knowledge, and cooperation both sides … Continue reading

Time for the US to stop arming its enemies

From American Thinker: By Rachel Ehrenfeld No one expects the Trump administration to reverse the disastrous effects of the Obama-supported Muslim Brotherhood’s hijacking of the “Arab Spring” in the Middle East that increased the regional contest for supremacy in the Islamic world.  The rivalry has intensified between the Sunni camp led by Saudi Arabia and the Shiite camp led by Iran – each with its pet terrorist organizations. It’s hard to overstate how much damage was done by the Obama administration’s misjudgment that Sunni jihadists and Shia Iran were somehow friendly to us and could be useful tools of American policy.  But using … Continue reading

Why Is There Such A Problem With Syria – Part 2 Overview, 2000-2017

As I mentioned in the beginning, I started this as a quick timeline using just information on Syria. The purpose was to better understand how a president could order vile chemicals and other things against his own people. The more I delved into the timeline, the more I realized this wasn’t about one man though leadership is a strong indicator; but, it is really the events leading up to his installation and about all of the events surrounding his time as president. In many ways I do believe Assad is a bully autocratic leader. He is after all a … Continue reading

Why Is There Such A Problem With Syria – Part 1 Overview

Why Is There Such A Problem With Syria   We have had ample history over a thousand years of the rise, encroachment, receding, and dissolution of the Ottoman Empire and all those who were Islamic followers. In most cases, western cultures do not understand them nor their lifestyles at all and there is often a clash on beliefs and laws. Most westerners do understand that the different groups in the Middle East have been warring for as long as there have been tribes and sects of Islam. Just as most westerners today realize many of the so-called radicals follow … Continue reading

Judical Watch: FBI Obtained FISA Warrant to Monitor Trump Team

Looks like Comey lied his ass off…. No surprise. “You’re fired” should be the next sentence Comey hears. Yesterday, Fox News reported Tuesday night that members of the House Intelligence Committee have expanded their investigation into the Susan Rice surveillance controversy. Appearing on The O’Reilly Factor, investigative reporter Adam Housley said the following: They’re looking into allegations where Americans including politicians have possibly been unmasked and had their information collected into the files, similar to what they did to the Trump team. Housley also said that both the House and Senate investigations are being stonewalled: They say the FBI is being very difficult. We’re told … Continue reading

Even A Senile Old Bat

like Buzzy Ginsberg knows the deal when it is awake for its daily Depends change. “Let’s hope members of Congress, the members Allegheny College has already honored — Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. John McCain [R-Ariz.], the women of the Senate, Sens. Dianne Feinstein [D-Calif.] and Lindsey Graham — let’s hope that they and others of goodwill will lead in restoring harmonious work ways,” Ginsburg said during her acceptance speech.” Like the saying goes, even a blind (and senile) pig finds an acorn every now and then. Ms Linda Graham, GOPe/War Party cuck by day, Democrat sweet pea by … Continue reading

After The Meeting Between Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping

After the meeting between President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping in which several topics were discussed, the China and the world was shocked by Trump’s Syrian missile attack. In a direct response to the rising tensions, China has now taken defensive steps as well. Navy Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., commander of U.S. Pacific Command, according to a DoD press release on April 10th, directed the Carl Vinson Strike Group to sail north and report on station in the … Continue reading
