Saturday Was A Learning Day For ISIS – Trump, Mattis Taught Them A Lesson

Posted on January 23, 2017 by Rick Wells In his first full day on the job General James Mattis introduced himself to ISIS in a very hostile, unfriendly manner, far different from the courteous leaflet dropping in advance of a strike or returning with armaments not deployed policies of Obama and Ashton Carter. The new Trump administration has said throughout the campaign that a major offensive to eradicate the terrorist group would be among their first acts as president. Now that President Trump his man is in place at DoD, the eradication is underway. The Department of Defense reported the activity on … Continue reading

Bless Our Troops

We should all be reminded that there are men and women of our Armed Services who are standing guard tonight and every night to protect all of us.  GOD Bless each and every one of them. And May GOD protect them. A Different Kind Of Christmas Poem The embers glowed softly, and in their dim light, I gazed round the room and I cherished the sight. My wife was asleep, her head on my chest, My daughter beside me, angelic in rest. Outside the snow fell, a blanket of white, Transforming the yard to a winter delight. The sparkling lights … Continue reading

We Remember…..

“Remember that the Canadian flag does not fly because the wind moves past it. The Canadian flag waves from the last breath of each military member who has died protecting it. Canadian armed forces – soldiers, sailors and airmen don’t fight because they hate what is in front of them … they fight because they love what’s behind them.” FOREVER GRATEFUL >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> To all those who sacrificed their lives doing their duty for their Country…..thank you! To all those who have served and are serving…..thank you! ~Blessed B~

Is there a Coup in the Works?

Not long ago Stephen Coonts put out a new book. LIBERTY’S LAST STAND. Islamic terrorists lit the fuse…but a treacherous president planted the bomb. With the nation in shock over a series of Islamist outrages (shooting up a Catholic grade school and a baseball game are just two of them) by “refugees”, the president of the United States – Barry Soetoro – imposes martial law, cancels the imminent presidential election, and suspends the Constitution. In response, Texas secedes—and what follows is the bloodiest, most harrowing internal insurrection since the Civil War. The purges that follow arrest thousands of people, including … Continue reading

Kelly Johnson’s Visionary Lockheed P-38 Lightning, It’s Role in Winning the War in the Pacific, and Its One Design Flaw That Never Got Fixed

Toward the end of World War II, while the P-51 Mustang was busy helping to win the air war over Europe, an entirely different high-altitude interceptor mastered the skies over the Pacific.  The P-38 was an innovative design for extreme speed and altitude that required a lot of bugs be wrung out of it before it became an effective weapon against the Japanese A6M “Zero.” Compressibility effects that locked up control surfaces, engine failures and supercharger glitches caused the plane to be labeled “dangerous” after a large number of crashes when the plane was introduced to combat.  As described in the video, … Continue reading

Just A Reminder….

…..Lest We Forget The National Moment of Remembrance, established by Congress in 2000, asks Americans, wherever they are at 3 p.m., local time, on Memorial Day, to pause in an act of national unity for a duration of one minute. The time 3 p.m. was chosen because it is the time when most Americans are enjoying their freedoms on the national holiday. The Moment does not replace traditional Memorial Day events; rather, it is an act of national unity in which all Americans, alone or with family and friends, honor those who died in service to the United States.   … Continue reading

A SOLDIER DIED TODAY

As a veteran, I felt the impact of this wonderful video all the way to my core. I’m one of the lucky ones who can Stand,Salute, and Thank those who gave the last measure of themselves for God and Country, who sacrificed all without concern for themselves, but rather for those they served with and the nation they so willingly put it all on the line for!       GOD BLESS AMERICA in these troubled times and GOD BLESS and protect our warriors who are still fighting for us all. ~Terry

Two Afghan Nationals AWOL From Fort Moody, GA

Breitbart reports that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in coordination with the State Department, is leading the efforts to locate two Afghan men who were reported missing after they failed to show up for U.S. military training Monday at a base in southern Georgia, Air Force Lt. Col. Chris Karns said Friday. Authorities have identified the Afghan nationals as Mirwais Kohistani and Shirzad Rohullah, reports USA Today. They were part of a group 23 Afghans who came to the United States in February for training at the Moody Air Force Base (AFB) near Valdosta, Georgia. The names and passports … Continue reading

Obama’s Year End Tally for His Vacations (kerpow!#@ John Q Citizen!)

2013 Africa Trip and Honolulu Vacation  $15,885,585.30 for Flight Expenses Alone Conservative Tribune November 19, 2015 The Final Bill For Obama’s 2015 Vacations Just Released… Prepare Yourself, It’s INFURIATING Seven years ago, then-Sen. Barack Hussein Obama promised Americans that he would refrain from taking vacations — particularly excessive ones — if he were elected president. The latest report from Judicial Watch makes it clear that he lied to get elected (as if that had been in doubt). Specifically, the report revealed that Obama has spent $3,115,688.70 on travel expenses this year alone making unnecessary trips to Palm Springs, New York … Continue reading

Thank You To Chick-Fil-A

From Conservative Tribune — a story to touch the hearts of all patriots where the honoring of our military veterans is so beautifully rendered.  Other companies should be ashamed for not doing something like this.   Thank you for being one of the patriotic in our country who show that neither race, political ideology, ethnic background, nor gender takes away from being able to acknowledge the worth of those who have given so much in the line of duty in service to freedom, family, and country.     Chick-fil-A, the same fast-food outlet that constantly gets accused by liberals of … Continue reading

Almost Seven Years and Zero Accomplishments

My husband-person and I have been in San Antonio and surrounding area for a few days and while here we toured the Ft. Sam Houston museums. One of them is dedicated to the history of the fort and the transitions it’s made since it was built. It played a big part in the war with Mexico, but Ft. Sam, as the locals call it, is primarily a medical training facility. As of 2011, it had grown to be the largest military medical training facility in the world. With that as a background, it explains why the Ft. Sam Houston Medical … Continue reading

More Government Land Grabs in Nevada

This comes from The Blaze, published on Sep. 7th. The U.S. Air Force is giving an ultimatum to the owners of a remote Nevada property that over time has been surrounded by a vast bombing range including the super-secret Area 51. The Sheahan family is being told to take a $5.2 million “last best offer” for their property by Thursday — or the government will seize it through condemnation. The owners include descendants of a couple who lost their hardscrabble mining enterprise after the Air Force moved in in the 1940s. Nuclear tests then began in 1951, their mine mill mysteriously … Continue reading

A Sunday Feel Good Story – Sweet Dreams

In 2006 Chief Master Sgt. John Gebhardt, was assigned to the 332nd Air Expeditionary Medical Group in the Balad hospital. The little girl in his arms was shot in the head execution style and left for dead when insurgents murdered her family. She was cared for in John’s hospital and was healing up, but continued to cry and moan. The nurses said John was the only one who seemed to calm her down, so John spent many nights holding her while they both slept in that chair. Her healing went well and she eventually was released to a surviving family member. “I got as much … Continue reading

Turning America Into a Battlefield

Written by John W Whitehead Published at Constitutionally   Americans now find themselves struggling to retain some semblance of freedom in the face of police and law enforcement agencies that look and act like the military and have just as little regard for the Fourth Amendment, laws such as the NDAA that allow the military to arrest and indefinitely detain American citizens, and military drills that acclimate the American people to the sight of armored tanks in the streets, military encampments in cities, and combat aircraft patrolling overhead. Making matters worse, now we find out that the military plans to use southwestern … Continue reading

Military Plans to Spend Billions on New Air Force One

From Fox News: The Pentagon is considering spending billions of dollars on three new Boeing 747s to use as Air Force One, the aircraft that shuttles the United States president. According to CBS News, the current Air Force One fleet is getting old, and the U.S. military says it’s time for a new generation to carry future commanders in chief. “We’ve got a pretty good size team working on it,” said Air Force Col. Air Force Secretary James : “Enough is Enough!”

From Daily Mail UK: The U.S. Air Force has a quarter of the number of fighter squadrons it did 25 years ago and two-thirds of the active duty airmen, a drop that threatens U.S. air superiority, defense officials told lawmakers on Friday. ‘Enough is enough,’ Air Force Secretary Deborah James told lawmakers in the House of Representatives as she defended a Pentagon budget request that exceeds federal spending caps. ‘Given the state of the world … the number one thing we have to stop is this downsizing.’ But members of the defense appropriations subcommittee said President Barack Obama’s 2016 Pentagon … Continue reading

Military is not so happy with the Big O

In his first term, President Obama oversaw repeal of the controversial “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. Then he broke with one of the military’s most deeply rooted traditions and vowed to lift the ban on women serving in combat. And the commander in chief has aggressively sought to change military culture by cracking down on sexual assault and sexual harassment, problems that for years were underreported or overlooked. Obama is an unpopular president in the eyes of the men and women in uniform. Yet his two-term administration is etching a deep imprint on the culture inside the armed forces. As … Continue reading

Wounded Warrior or Scam???

Came across this article today. I have heard mutterings from a number of different people lately about WWP – nothing good. Now this comes out. I say make up your own mind, but as for me, I shall find another place for my military money. Probably Fisher House. I already support Navy Relief Society. Years ago I quit letting the Red Cross have even a penny. During this Christmas and New Year’s season the gift of charity swells in the hearts of many.  And who better to benefit from that charity than those who have literally given life and limb … Continue reading
