Napolitano: Will the Justice Department Ever Do its Job?

Judge Andrew Napolitano says there are some lingering issues regarding Hillary Clinton and explores whether or not the Justice Department will ever do its job. Good question. We’ve all been disappointed that Elmer Fudd (aka Jeff Sessions) has been slow to do anything about Hildabeast.  There may be a big hammer about to fall whereas I have been reading from various sources that the DoJ is executed 1,886 indictments, most of which are linked to Hillary and Bill Clinton. None of this has hit the lamestream yet but that shouldn’t be a surprise to any of us. Patiently waiting…. but restless. … Continue reading

Court: White House Cannot Enforce Immigration Order

Andrew Napolitano weighs in on the district court’s ruling concerning President Trump’s EO on visa holders entering the USA. Not being a legal beagle, when did the courts have purview over national security?  When do our Constitutional Rights apply to foreign nationals?  Never is my answer.  If we had a sitting Attorney General much of this silliness could be avoided or derailed. I believe this tactic is nothing more than an attempt to subvert Executive Authority and is the first of many to come.  On a side note, where were these jurists when King Putt was crapping all over our … Continue reading

Napolitano: Will Hillary’s investigation be reopened?

Judge Andrew Napolitano weighs in on the future of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. Personally, I think Hildabeast will get nailed to the wall, as will her fellow travelers, in the coming months.  Justice will be served cold. ~ Hardnox

FBI, DOJ roiled by Comey, Lynch decision to let Clinton slide by on emails

From Fox News: The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged. The source, who spoke to on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. … Continue reading

Andrew Napolitano: AG Pledges Fairness In Clinton Email Probe & DC Scandals – ‘Not A Conflict’

Of course AG Lynch was instructed to have the FBI redact the 911 calls by the White House.  It’s absurd to think otherwise.  More than likely the order came from Obama who simply will not mention or talk about radical islam. Removing all references to Allah made by Omar Mateen in his 911 calls and replacing it with “God” is a shameful and disgraceful attempt to write a narrative and rewrite history.  Let’s face it, the troglodyte murdered the 49 people in Orlando because they were queer and he was a radicalised muslim.  End of story. Further, her statements regarding the investigation … Continue reading

Napolitano: Did Freeing GITMO Detainees Coincide w/ POTUS Trip to Saudi Arabia?

Of course it did.  Watch Andrew Napolitano explain the complicity of the US Government and the 28 page document Obama refuses to declassify and release publicly. If you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention. ~ Hardnox

Andrew Napalitano: The FBI’s Secret Weapon in Clinton Email Scandal

Napolitano explains the legal implications concerning the decision by a US Judge who granted the FOIA request petitioned by Judicial Watch.  This is interesting. Maybe, just maybe, Queen Hillary won’t escape justice despite King Putt’s declaration last week that she didn’t do anything wrong. ~ Hardnox

Napolitano: Hillary in Trouble – Grand Jury Convened

Judge Andrew Napolitano explains that the former Clinton staffer who set up the email server has been granted immunity in exchange for testimony.  That immunity would only have been granted by a judge who has already convened a grand jury. Of course, no one right now (outside of the FBI and the grand jury) knows who is the target of the investigation but it is safe to say that it is at least Hillary’s staffers, and probably Hillary herself. Napolitano states “this investigation will shake the American political system to its foundations”…. ” there might have been a conspiracy within the … Continue reading

Andrew Napolitano: Over 2,000 Hillary Emails Contained Classified Info

Napolitano suggests that the FBI is about to close their initial investigation and recommend prosecution of Hillary Clinton.  We’ll soon learn if Obama allows AG Lynch to drop the hammer on Hildabeast, while simultaneously destroying the Left’s chance at the White House, or if  he decides to ignore it and cause a revolt within the FBI thus destroying his presidency. From the Washington Examiner: State Department officials released 3,800 pages of Hillary Clinton’s private emails Monday, ending a months-long process of reviewing and redacting the former secretary of state’s records. The pages made public Monday were among the most complicated … Continue reading

Judge Nap on Apple vs. FBI

From Fox News Insider: Family members of San Bernardino victims are calling on Apple to unlock an iPhone that once belonged to one of the two terrorists who killed 14 people at an office Christmas party in December. Google and Microsoft have agreed that Apple should not create a backdoor to the iPhone, as the FBI has asked. The Justice Department filed a motion Friday to compel Apple to go along with the request. FBI Director James Comey just released a statement on the matter: The San Bernardino litigation isn’t about trying to set a precedent or send any kind of … Continue reading

Andrew Napolitano: FBI Could Recommend Prosecution For Hillary Clinton

Judge Andrew Napolitano weighs in on the latest details on the FBI investigation of Hillary’s mishandling of secret and classified documents.  Now the investigation has expanded to include Hillary’s selling access in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation. Prosecuting her yesterday wouldn’t be soon enough.  Good grief, the woman is beyond corrupt. ~ Hardnox

Pentagon Considers Demoting General Petraeus

Defense Secretary Ash Carter has hinted that Four Star General David Petraeus may get demoted for leaking classified information thus realizing a reduction in pension.  Judge Andrew Napolitano weighs in on why this is nothing but political hackery directed from the top. All roads lead to Benghazi. ~ Hardnox
