Signed by the Governor: Maine Law Prohibits State Gun Registries

Posted on June 22, 2017 AUGUSTA, Maine (June 19, 2017) – Last week, Maine Gov. Paul LePage signed a bill into law prohibiting any type of state firearms registry. The law will not only protect the privacy of Maine gun owners, it will also hinder the federal government’s ability to develop a firearms database and create a climate less favorable to federal gun control. Rep. Patrick Corey (R-Windham) introduced House Bill 9 (LD9)  with a bipartisan coalition of cosponsors in January. The legislation prohibits the creation of a state firearms registry. “Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a government … Continue reading

The measure would make it certain that any employee not fit for the VA would no longer work for it, Shulkin said. … Continue reading

New Retirement System For Military Rollout

A new retirement system is being rolled out by DoD to help provide added benefits to troops who do not plan on staying in long enough to retire and for those who have determined it is their career path. For too long we have seen how the last administration reduced and often demeaned the troops as well as how his administration’s lax and often criminal habits toward military personnel have created a toxic atmosphere there. This came as a welcome change in the last days of his administration that actually made it into the 2016 budget. Hopefully with careful consideration, … Continue reading

The Writing (and pictures) Are On The Wall

The military is sending a bold and powerful message to Barack Obama while they wait for their portraits of Donald Trump to arrive on military bases. It’s not a big surprise that our military has a distaste for Barack Obama. After Obama spent eight years disrespecting nearly everyone, the military has finally had enough. They decided to show it by sending a bold message to Obama, and it is emerging on military bases across the country. According to Information Liberation, on military bases across the United States, images of Obama are coming down, but it’s what the military is replacing Obama’s … Continue reading

Repeal, Replace Obamacare – AT THE SAME TIME

How Sen. Rand Paul Would Replace Obamacare Fox Business January 5, 2017 “What I want is to put a replacement in place immediately so we can fix the problems, so as it unwinds we have a replacement for it,” Paul said. He added: “We should let you buy as part of an association where you can join together with tens of thousands, if not millions of people, to have leverage to lower your price and also to be protected against pre-existing conditions.” The Kentucky Senator said there are “probably four dozen bills” already in existence to replace Obamacare, … Continue reading

You Rotten Communist Russian Spies – Have You No Shame?

An Initial Set of Sites That Reliably Echo Russian Propaganda We have used a combination of manual and automated analysis, including analysis of content, timing, technical indicators, and other reporting, in order to initially identify (“red-flag”) the following as Russian propaganda outlets. We then confirmed our initial assessment by applying whatever criteria we did not originally employ during the red-flag process, and we reevaluate our findings as needed.  Please note that our criteria are behavioral. That means the characteristics of the propaganda outlets we identify are motivation-agnostic. For purposes of this definition it does not matter whether the sites listed here … Continue reading

Asshat Alert: Batears Mewls Again… er, Still

“I am extremely proud of the fact that over eight years we have not had the kinds of scandals that have plagued other administrations.” —Barack Obama No scandals?  Yeah right.  None that the crooked DOJ would pursue anyway.  Meanwhile, there a FIVE active investigations into the Clintons and their foundations, then there are the emails, Benghazi, Fast & Furious, IRS thuggery, billions missing at the State Dept., VA mismanagement, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, EPA thuggery, voter fraud, Green Energy fraud, Weinergate, Soros and Co. funding anarchists, and the pedophila activities of the Washington elite… and these are just the highlights. … Continue reading

Obama’s VA Desecrating Veteran Corpses

Stolen from Our Good Friend Peppermint Farm — you rock! Pepper has lots of good blogs for those not familiar with her site. 🙂     Obama’s VA Desecrating Veteran Corpses by Peppermint By Stephen Dietrich, Managing Editor September 30, 2016 I’ve read a lot of outrageous stories in my day. But this latest from an Illinois Veterans Affairs whistle-blower is one of the most shameful things I’ve ever seen. As a veteran, I care deeply about how our current and former military members and their families are treated by the government. Unfortunately, under President Barack Obama’s leadership, the VA … Continue reading

Donald Trump American Legion Speech

This morning at the American Legion’s national convention in Cincinnati, Ohio. “We will stop apologizing for America and begin celebrating it” Amen, this man loves America.  There is no doubt about this. About damned time too!  We need such a leader. ~ Hardnox

Where Is The Honor

in the US? The Lack of honor in America today is sickening beyond belief. Once upon a time in America there was an abundance of honor flowing through the land and even politicians, as crooked then as they are today, had the best interests of America at heart, not themselves or their own, i.e., Nazi Pelosi using a USAF jet and crew as her private transportation service, from The People’s Republik of Kalifornia to DC and back, food and alcohol included. Honor. (transitive verb)  Good name or public esteem:  reputation:  a showing of usually merited respect. 2. Recognition: pay honor to our founders. Privilege: … Continue reading

Obama, Eric Witholder, & Loretta (Eric Witholder II) Lynch

EXCERPT:  “Justice Department employees in the DOJ Community Relations Service have reported gross mismanagement and corruption to Attorney General Loretta Lynch — but she has taken no action to investigate the problems. VA versus Veteran Gun Rights

Veterans Administration has been derelict in its handling of the affairs of our country’s veterans for many years. Over the last year or so, congress and citizens have brought this the attention of everyone during their public hearings concerning the hospitals and lack of treatment. Now it appears the VA is carrying out Obama’s objective to strip some veterans of their Second Amendment rights to bear arms in protection of themselves and loved ones.   According to NOLO: “If the VA finds you aren’t competent to manage money, it can appoint a fiduciary to receive your checks for you.  The … Continue reading

VA Spends Millions on Purchasing Art

Sharyl Attkisson and her Full Measure team have exposed wasteful spending by the VA that goes beyond the mere description of wasteful. It is decadent and a huge slap in the face to those veterans who have experienced excruciatingly long wait times just to see a doctor. In some cases, the wait was so long they died before getting the medical help they needed. If for some reason the video won’t load, click here to see it – the way they’re wasting our money is mind-boggling. Now they say ‘they’re checking into it’. Seriously?? The whole department is so bloated they don’t even realize … Continue reading

Veterans of Los Angeles Homerun Win , VA Lost

In this day and age when so much is bad news and veterans are getting largely ignored, sometimes it is good to see a story that warms the heart and legally slaps down the abuse by VA and big government. Looks are deceiving in this photo. Other photos are not nearly so flattering.           LA Times ran a short article September 1, 2011 mentioning that the federal Department of Veterans Affairs was ordering a bus company, a car rental firm and a laundry service to leave its sprawling West Los Angeles campus after … Continue reading
