Legal – Jurisprudence Reform

Our court system is seriously screwed up.  The primary [purpose of court seems to be to get the criminal off scott free rather than determine guilt or innocence.  Far too often past record of persons brought to trial are not considered, use of “diminished capacity” is overused (drunk, drugged, mentally incompetent, etc).  You’ll like some, hate some, but they should start a conversation, and a good conversation will probably end up with the best of these suggestions being made better, and the worst might give someone an idea for something better in the long run. Maybe we need a few … Continue reading

Are Terrorists Training in Your Back Yard?

From Ryan Mauro at the Clarion Project: A senior official of the Muslims of the Americas/Jamaat ul-Fuqra (MOA), a terror-linked group, said during a deposition that it has a “community” outside Anchorage, Alaska. Officials also confirmed the existence of three communes in New York, California and Michigan that have yet to be publicly pinpointed. The comments came during depositions of three senior MOA officials after the group sued two critics, Martin Mawyer and Patti Pierucci, for $30 million for their book about MOA titled Twilight in America. The judge dismissed the lawsuit last week. Astonishingly, MOA Deputy Director Hussein Adams, the son of terrorist Barry Adams, admitted he … Continue reading

Mexican Cartels with Machetes

From DML Daily: The Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area is a long way away from the home turf of Mexico’s Sinaloa drug cartel, but that didn’t stop three cartel enforcers from making their way up to the region in an attempt to hunt down two teenagers they accused of stealing drugs and money from a stash house. The three enforcers were allegedly sent from Los Angeles to St. Paul on orders from the Sinaloa cartel (Mexico’s most powerful organized crime group) to find the people who stole 30 pounds of methamphetamine and $200,000 from a stash house in St. Paul. The two teens that … Continue reading

Rogue Mexican Army Troops Crossing the Border

From Tucson’s KVOA TV: Has a unit of Mexican Army soldiers who patrol right on the Arizona border gone rogue? This small group has attacked U.S. citizens, and even challenged U.S. federal agents within the U.S. A News 4 Tucson investigation into the dangerous world of rogue soldiers in Mexico’s military. Are You Familiar with Operation Choke Point?

Since it was established in 2009 by Executive Order, and it appears to have been kicked off in secret, there’s a good chance few people are familiar with it. You’ll find this hard to imagine, but officials at the Department of Justice have withheld information about the program from Congress, though they have eagerly shared details with federal financial institution examiners authorized to supervise and discipline the nation’s banks and related financial institutions. The operation is headed by political operatives and career bureaucrats at the Department of Justice, the FDIC, and the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”). According to … Continue reading

Fixing the Problem. Part -B of a whole bunch.

(You read this part before, but keep going – things change. And this is important enough to repeat) While Republicans comprise the most inclusive and comprehensive political and economic philosophies, the democrat dominated electronic and print media has been allowed to define Republicans to the people of the nation as a party comprised of religio-political fanatics. In order to bring about necessary political change in a number of fields, we must do two things: 1. Take SMALL steps. Don’t try and make it perfect right this instant. It took years to get it up-gefukked. It’ll take years to clean up … Continue reading

Black Conservative Leaders: NRA Was Created To Protect Freed Slaves

I posted this video some time ago but was urged to repost it by our loyal reader Buck:   This is a narrative that the left does not want Blacks to hear.  The left has successfully vilified the NRA, especially in the Black community, and painted the organization to be nothing short of the KKK when in fact the exact opposite is true. Historical facts mean nothing to the left.  They just rewrite them to suit their agenda.  Sadly, the left has been very successful in their endeavors.  That said, it is long overdue that the Black community shed … Continue reading

He explained that “in 1991, just six miles from Fort Hood, the residents of Texas suffered a mass shooting at a Luby’s cafeteria. One victim could only watch helplessly because under the law, … Continue reading

Sheriff David A. Clarke: Liberal Policies Have Destroyed Black Families

This is an op-ed piece written by Sheriff Clarke: From the Washington Times: The latest attempt by liberals to help black people is underway in our K-12 urban public schools. These do-gooders are now defining down socially acceptable behavior for black students in school. Bad behavior is being excused and attempts to hold black kids accountable by enforcing codes of conduct are called racist. Having a sense of discipline has always been considered a virtue, a redeeming quality, but now its roots are claimed to lie in racism. White liberal elites have chimed in about school codes of conduct. The … Continue reading

Kobe Bryant Shines Some Light on Equal Justice

This is a political blog so why am I talking about Kobe Bryant? Especially when I don’t even like basketball and I don’t particularly care what Kobe Bryant thinks? Because for once he said something that makes sense. When the rest of the team donned hoodies with Trayvon Martin’s name on them in support of him, simply because he was a black kid, Kobe said ‘Hold on, let’s be about equal justice first instead of color.’ Unusual coming from a black man, right? We’re used to seeing them jump on the ‘black’ bandwagon before they give a second thought to … Continue reading

Simple Gun Stats Even Piers Morgan Could Understand

By Kyle Becker at IJ Review: Let’s make this so simple even someone who hates guns and wants them banned for no other reason can understand it. Observe the chart below. This graphic comes from, which is no friend of conservatives. Observe that gun ownership is up, contrary to an “independent study” by the discredited Violence Policy Center circulated by Huffington Post and other left-leaning publications. In fact, while gun homicides are at their lowest level since 1981, gun ownership per hundred people increased 5.7% between 2001 and 2007. Concealed carry and “right to carry” laws have flourished across the … Continue reading
