Quote of the Day

“The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand, arms, like law, discourage and keep the invader and the plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. The balance of power is the scale of peace. The same balance would be preserved were all the world destitute of arms, for all would be alike; but since some will not, others dare not lay them aside. And while a single nation refuses to lay them down, it is proper that all should keep them up. Horrid mischief would ensue were … Continue reading

Progressives Are The Enemies of Freedom and Liberty

It must be noted, learned, and as Hanoi John Fonda Kerry said, “seared into our brains,” that our liberty, our freedom, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution come from Natural Rights, i.e., freedom of speech, and thus, the Creator. This freedom, if you will, then follows a path to a free people, a free nation, religious freedom, and then a people self-governed. When these ingredients are combined in the proper formula, they yield a nation steeped in prosperity with an overflowing abundance for one and all, in the American dream. The Progressives, on the other hand, not only outright … Continue reading

Quote of the Day

“This may be considered as the true palladium of liberty…. The right of self defense is the first law of nature: in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Wherever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.” – St. George Tucker, Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England, 1803   200+ years ago the Brits knew this – and they threw … Continue reading

Quote of the Day

“If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens … Continue reading

Quote of the Day

“As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private arms.” – Tench Coxe, Philadelphia Federal Gazette, June 18, 1789

US Signs UN Gun Ban Treaty

WeaponsMan Posted 9/30/2016 Straight from his latest diplomatic triumphs in Syria and in handing over control of the American-invented Internet to a lawless UN body, Secretary of State John Kerry signed an extreme anti-gun treaty drafted by the totalitarian and authoritarian states that make up the majority of the United Nations. Kerry, who has had an all-but-sexual drive to find someone, anyone, to surrender the United States to, ever since he tried to cut a private deal with the North Vietnamese in Paris in 1970, argues that the law does not infringe gun rights because it still allows hunters to … Continue reading

Asshat Alert: Sheila Jackson Lee Decries Automatic Weapons Ownership in Speech on Gun Violence

Odd how these asshats always dismiss the failed policies of their party that has wrecked urban communities, especially the black communities. Now in an age of heightened barbarism, due to jihadis and racists elements largely fostered by lefty actions, these dipsticks would prefer to disarm the citizenry while they are surrounded by people with guns.  Hypocrisy much? Lee is clueless.  Automatic weapons are already forbidden and have been since the 1930’s unless one obtains a Class III license for thousands of dollars.  If there are indeed “automatic” weapons on our streets they came via the Open Border that you assholes … Continue reading
