In March 2010, the NYT reported on how the US government was ignoring the opium fields in Afghanistan. According to the article — “From Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal on down, the military’s position is clear: “U.S. forces no longer eradicate,” as one NATO official put it. Opium is the main livelihood of 60 to 70 percent of the farmers in Marja, which was seized from Taliban rebels in a major offensive last month. American Marines occupying the area are under orders to leave the farmers’ fields alone.”
FreeBeacon went so far as to post in May 2015
“Afghanistan is housing the equivalent of 400,000 football fields worth of opium fields, despite the United States having spent billions in taxpayer funds to combat the growth of illicit narcotics, according to the Special Inspector General for Afghan Reconstruction (SIGAR).
While the United States has spent $8.4 billion on counter-narcotics programs in Afghanistan over the years, the country is estimated by the United Nations to have “roughly 500,000 acres, or about 780 square miles, devoted to growing opium poppy,” according to SIGAR head John Sopko, who criticized the billions in taxpayer money spent on these programs during a speech last week in New York City.”
So in essence while demanding taxpayers spend massive amounts to “stop the opium” industry, the Obama administration was actually assisting the growth of the industry. How many billions of taxpayer dollars not only funded the opium trade but by proxy the rise of the radical Islamic movement from Muslim Brotherhood to Hezbollah to ISIS?
Much of the opium found its way to the US as a ready market enterprise where hundreds of thousands possibly millions have been lost to the effects of these drugs and artificial derivatives. The Obama administration in essence sped up the internal rot of youth and our country for years to come as a result.
We have paid dearly for this man both while he was in office and for future generations to come who are affected by the genetic changes, the obliteration of generations that addiction robbed of us, mental and moral bankruptcy, financial drain, and destruction of our country which he encouraged and perpetuated.
It wasn’t until after President Trump took office that the opiate industry was brought up and a surge from all law enforcement and military to eradicate the industry was done. News began filtering out that Afghanistan and other areas of the Middle East were pushing forward to destroy fields.
Newsweek ran an article in April 2017 titled “Afghanistan Officials Seize 650 tons of Narcotics within a year.” According to their article over $8billion had been spent by the US to that point on countering the narcotic trade. (However, I am willing to bet the price was more than double that in CIA or government “hidden” transfers and in protection wages authorized for our military. Other articles from 2009 forward suggested that nearly $8billion had been spent by 2014.)
The Taliban was blamed not only for regular production but production of a new hybrid form of seed that reduces growth time to only two months. It was said in the article that 90% the crops were cultivated “in the areas which were under the Taliban control.”
In November a major push was done, this time the military were allowed to destroy completely all that had been grown and their warehouse facilities.
Stars and Stripes reported on November 20, 2017 that not only were the targets being destroyed but the military was finally being unleashed to achieve their goals under the new national security policy of the Trump administration to target the insurgents’ revenue stream.
U.S. and Afghan warplanes bombed 10 Taliban-controlled opium production facilities in Helmand province. American B-52 bombers and stealth F-22 Raptor fighter jets struck eight drug labs where the Taliban was producing narcotics, including heroin. In addition, The Afghan air force struck two other facilities with their American-provided A-29 Super Tucano attack planes and Afghan commandos conducted a raid on a prison in a mission tied to the operation dubbed Jagged Knife.
Army Gen. John Nicholson told reporters that the operation would continue to target much of the Taliban’s 400 to 500 other heroin-producing facilities throughout the coming weeks.
“This is going to be steady pressure that is going to stay up,” he told reporters at the Pentagon from his headquarters in Kabul. “We’re not going to let up.”
The strikes were conducted under new rules granted in August as part of President Donald Trump’s reworked strategy for south Asia including Afghanistan, Pakistan and India.
Finally, we are seeing the truth roiling out of the darkness. We have a president that is determined to stop all of the illegal and often treasonous actions that have occurred in the past eight years but have actually been accumulating for the last twenty to thirty years. Actions which were planned and carried out in order to bring our country down to its knees and into the fold of the NWO.
If there was cosmic justice served, wouldn’t one think that someone like Obama would be at the top of the “extermination” list for these crime syndicates? After all with him no longer in a position to fund or protect them, one would think he is no longer of use. In cases like his over the years, those who no longer served a useful purpose generally became prime targets for elimination to keep them from talking.
Just dreaming — but hey what a way to eliminate the problem. Talk about a “win-win” possibility. Another dream sequence — Obama becomes so hooked on his opiates that he is found abandoned and wallowing in a city sewer.
I know these dreams don’t sound very Christian of me; but, I believe strongly that God metes out punishment equal to the crime (either physical or mental) before the final door of this world closes and we move on for eternal justice. In Obama’s case it will hopefully include all of the innocent souls destroyed in some way by opiates and his part in financing and encouraging it, along with a whole bag full of other sins.
