SAY WHAT — Illegals Giving Congress Marching Orders and Demands – Who do they think they are?
This smacks of a Deep State / Obama activist movement. But at least they got the right people this time to finally try to bring a new Immigration Policy to the forefront. (snicker)
Watch: Hundreds of illegal immigrants rage in the Senate
Robert Donachie, DCNF
Novemeber 9, 2017
Hundreds of immigrant youth descended upon the Hart Senate building Thursday afternoon, gathering in mass protest of the Trump administration’s decision to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Act. (p-s-s-s-t you are being lied to – this isn’t an ACT)
The immigrants gathered in the Capitol to demand that members of Congress pass legislation for DREAMERers and DACA recipients. (hello-o-o only just under a 100,000 signed up, even IF a million according to liberals are supposed to be eligible — it was only a 2 YEAR waiver and only for those who came here between certain ages AS CHILDREN. Bet Obama didn’t tell you that tidbit.)
Protests were not relegated to solely Washington, students across the U.S. staged organized walkouts and rallys Thursday. (so now we know why the Nov. 4 was called off – Nov. 9 was mentioned in one clip)
Another group, the UndocuBlack Network, joined in on Thursday’s Capitol protests. UndocuBlack describes themselves as a “multigenerational Network of Black undocumented people organizing our communities and building power.” (so who the heck are these people? Somali? Correct me if I am wrong but isn’t there several in this group currently always in trouble for acts of violence and sexual assault? Isn’t some in this group also sending money to help radicals or in some cases being investigated by the FBI for terrorist activities? And if they are UNdocumented then WHY are they still here?)
House Republicans said Thursday that they are hoping to pass a bill help DACA recipients before the clock runs out on 2017. Roughly a dozen House GOP members think as many as 300 of the chamber’s 435 members could get behind such a bill.
“No bill is going to be perfect, but inaction is just unacceptable. We stand here ready to work with the speaker’s working group, with the White House, with our friends from both sides of the aisle to pass a legislative solution this year,” Rep. Dan Newhouse of Washington told reporters Thursday. “Every time that Congress kicks this can down the road, people, real people, are hurt.”
The House is not the only chamber floating a solution to the quickly expiring DACA program. Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois have put forth a bipartisan DACA relief bill.
Read and listen to the video HERE. It isn’t one I can bring over. Also be sure to have your volume down. The screeching is more than I could take.
UPDATE In light of the new Trump Administration, here’s what you need to know about DEFERRED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS (DACA):<– see Act isn’t in this wording
Initial DACA Applicants – No new initial applications are being accepted at this time.
Renewal DACA Applicants – For those who need a DACA renewal (as in their DACA is expiring before March 6, 2018), we continue to support in the application process and fees, while funding lasts. All renewal applications are due to USCIS no later than October 5, 2017. (oops late again, your bad.)
What Is DACA?
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is a kind of administrative relief from deportation. The purpose of DACA is to protect eligible immigrant youth who came to the United States when they were children from deportation. DACA gives young undocumented immigrants: 1) protection from deportation, and 2) a work permit. The program expires after two years, subject to renewal.
What Are The Requirements For DACA?
You were under 31 years old as of June 15, 2012;
You first came to the United States before your 16th birthday;
You have lived continuously in the United States from June 15, 2007 until the present;
You were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012 and at the time you apply;
You came to the United States without documents before June 15, 2012, or your lawful status expired as of June 15, 2012;
You are currently studying, or you graduated from high school or earned a certificate of completion of high school or GED, or have been honorably discharged from the Coast Guard or military (technical and trade school completion also qualifies); and
You have NOT been convicted of a felony, certain significant misdemeanors (including a single DUI), or three or more misdemeanors of any kind. Consult with an attorney about ANY contact you have had with law enforcement or immigration authorities.
Guess what — PRESIDENT TRUMP DID NOT RENEW IT but at least his EO is taking responsible action to wind down DACA in an orderly and minimally disruptive manner instead of simply voiding it in September.
Sounds to me like a perfect time for ICE or other law enforcement to check each of the rabble rousers for criminal backgrounds and legal papers showing they have a right to be here or –> off to deportation they go.
As I said at the beginning – THIS SMACKS OF OBAMA STENCH and DEEP STATE Coup. Time to crack down and start arresting instigators and funders. This will only get worse until they do that.
