WWII – 1940’s
“…We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender” Sir Winston Churchill excerpt from June 4, 1940 Commons speech. Attributed to Churchill right after the speech, ” “And we’ll fight them with the butt ends of broken beer bottles because that’s bloody well all we’ve got!”
“They sowed the wind, and now they are going to reap the whirlwind.” British Air Marshal “Bomber” Harris.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has said that living with terror attacks – like the one that hit New York at the weekend – is ‘part and parcel of living in a big city’. Mr Khan told the Evening Standard: ‘It is a reality I’m afraid that London, New York, other major cities around the world have got to be prepared for these sorts of things. ‘That means being vigilant, having a police force that is in touch with communities, it means the security services being ready, but also it means exchanging ideas and best practice.” dailymail article-3801018
We don’t yet know the full details, but this was a deliberate and cowardly attack on innocent Londoners and visitors,” Khan said. “I condemn it in the strongest possible terms. There is no justification whatsoever for such barbaric acts,” he added.

I’m confident that we are doing all that we can to keep our city safe, to keep Londoners safe and to keep visitors safe.– Sadiq Khan April 2017
“We play straight into the hand of those who seek to divide us, of extremists and terrorists around the world, when we imply that it is not possible to hold Western values dear and to be a Muslim,” Khan said recently in Chicago.
“I want to reassure all Londoners, and all our visitors, not to be alarmed. Our city remains one of the safest in the world. “London is the greatest city in the world and we stand together in the face of those who seek to harm us and destroy our way of life. “We always have and we always will. Londoners will never be cowed by terrorism.” Kahn’s official statement after a prolonged silence noted by media.
Prime Minister May said: “While we have made significant progress in recent years there is to be frank far too much tolerance of extremism in our country. “So we need to become far more robust in identifying it and stamping it out across the public sector and across society.” “That will require some difficult and often embarrassing conversations, but the whole of our country needs to come together to take on this extremism we need to live our lives not in a series of segregated, separated communities, but as one truly United Kingdom.”
The same approach has been happening not just after this terrible London attack but across the world. Fangs of venomous snakes even if coated in honey are still deadly.
Can people really not see the growth of this is as insidious as cancer across reasonably peaceful nations in the western culture?
-The forceful message that intolerance of the Islamic religion will not be allowed and could be harmful for the one bringing the protest.
-The masses of refugees parked willy nilly anywhere the government drops regardless of citizens thoughts or ability to assist and without help or decent oversight of their assimilation into the local communities and country.
-The determined and generally highly visible intimidation of outsiders through patrols, clothing, and religious demand for public congregation four times a day for prayers.
-The segregation of those refugees at the behest of their religious leaders and laws either out of fear or from intimidation by the more radical religious sermons.
-The proliferation of mosques and radical messages by imams without any control considering that these are refugees not permanent residents or use of funds and assistance to the Islamic radical jihadists.
-The rantings and movements of the Muslim Brotherhood backed organizations to stifle customs, history of the nation, religion, and any opposition to Islamic intrusion followed by physical, mental, or legal attacks creating fear and attempting to subjugate local citizens.
-The uptick of “incidents” of rape, intimidation, and attacks as these hordes begin feeling it is their right to receive or take but definitely not assimilate; thereby granting them the right to overwhelm as they act without impunity and under the guise of “politically correct” laws and stifling government and media censorship.
-The fact that it is not just the older or newer generations but even more those born and raised in the countries surrounded by all of the activities, education, social interactions, conveniences, and observations of the citizens that are risking the lives of everyone in the countries.
-Marches, riots, and rants in which the hordes now say they are taking over the country and it will no longer be the country of non-Muslims.
-Groveling submissive efforts by insane politicians full of platitudes and lies to cover up, smooth over, ignore or placate citizens, raising the refugee hordes up on some social assistance pedestals, sweep under the rug, and force native citizens to accept and embrace a “non-violent melding of cultures called diversity” while talking about leading these people “gently” into the western culture.
Those who wept, fought, died, or survived WW2 — I am positive — would not have accepted the things happening today.
