Rah Rah Shish Boom Bah !

Athletic teams will typically run out on the field displaying the school banner while the band blares out their fight song.

The men’s lacrosse team at Long Island, New York’s Adelphi University came up with what some may call a politically incorrect variation on that tradition.

In place of a school banner they decided to display the stars and stripes. And instead of the school fight song to rouse the spirits, they played a portion of a Donald Trump speech.

“In all of our cities and all of our towns, I make this promise,” Trump can be heard saying. “We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again.”

At that point the players began their run onto the field as the president completed his message.

“God bless you, and good night. I love you.”

Adelphi, which plays in Division II, is the top seed in the NCAA Tournament, which begins Saturday (today) against Pace.

I hope you guys win. I hope you win bigly. I hope you win so much you get tired of winning !

I ask…nay, IMPLORE all Conservatives to find compassion in their hearts to write bigly checks to fund the purchase and transport of many truckloads stocked with Depends. These will be distributed to innumerable lefties across this great nation of ours who had “events” upon taking in the ABOVE event.

Won’t you give generously to this once-in-a-lifetime “payment in arrears”?

    Thank you…and one heartfelt BWAHAHAHA!

I agree deac. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it. In these times, those young Patriots are subject to a lot of flak. A YUUUUGE SALUTE to them !

Awesome. Maybe there is hope for NY. Long Island is usually very liberal.

Order XXXL for the HUGELY load.

    • Terry says:

That’s what made it even more impressive Shar.
I’ll post an update on the score of the game today. I hope they do a repeat performance of their ‘fight song’ before the game.

I wish you could too but since we are a private blog (although a WordPress platform) that option is prevented by WP.

Please consider copy/paste. It’s not that much more effort. We do it all the time here. LOL.

    UPDATE :
Adelphi U won the game against hosting team Pace 10-9, and will move on to the semi-final against Merrimack this Saturday.
Unfortunately, they were not allowed to play their “Trump Fight Song ” due to NCAA rules that state the host team provides the pre-game song, and it must be “neutral” in theme.
So, even though they will be the hosts this Saturday, I’m guessing a rousing Trump speech won’t be considered neutral enough. Bummer.
