Quote of the Day

“If you want to forget something or someone, never hate it, or never hate him/her. Everything and everyone that you hate is engraved upon your heart; if you want to let go of something, if you want to forget, you cannot hate.”
C. JoyBell C.

I know it’s hard, but don’t hate those who hate this country.  Otherwise you can never get rid of them.  From the country or from your heart.

I’ll bet it was hard not to hate them when they were spitting in peoples faces.
Especially if it was YOUR face.
Those degenerates spit on ALL of us when they did that.

At the time, it was impossible. I hated with a passion those who spit and threw eggs on me when I came back from VietNam. It has taken me many years to put that aside. What finally brought that about was when it was explained to me by a theology professor that in the Lord’s Prayer it says “Forgive us our trespasses as WE FORGIVE THOSE WHO TRESPASS AGAINST US” This means that we ask God to forgive us in the same way we forgive others. We don’t forgive, God doesn’t forgive. hard, darn hard.
