Blitzer Is Blitzed – Pants On Fire!

This man is an idiot and a useless tool!

CNN apparently as Obama’s mouthpiece and tool has still not given up their attacks and speculations on how to get Trump out of office. Just F’n give it up. Advertisers and sponsors need to consider carefully if these people represent their own values and way of doing business.

According to the following CNN ol’ Blitzdog has decided to raise another method for ditching the duly elected president-elect Trump.

As the nation prepares for the peaceful transfer of power on Inauguration Day, CNN is dreaming up scenarios whereby the Obama administration can keep power if President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence were blown up as they prepared to take to oath of office.
On the Wednesday, January 18 broadcast of CNN’s The Situation Room, host Wolf Blitzer aired a segment with a chyron featuring the headline “Developing Now.” During that “developing” segment, Blitzer and correspondent Brian Todd discussed what would happen if the unthinkable occurred on January 20.

Blitzer introduced the segment, saying, “What if an incoming president and his immediate successors were wiped out on day one?” and from there, CNN contributor Brian Todd took over to outline the line of succession if an attack blew up the inaugural dais, killing both Trump and Pence.

The upshot was that in the case of both heads of state being killed, the Secretary of State would take over. Currently that man is Secretary of State John Kerry, But in case some objected because his office would also end as of noon on Inauguration Day, then it would be the Speaker of the House — Republican Paul Ryan — or even Obama’s Under Secretary for Political Affairs Tom Shannon.

The report also noted that the designated survivor appointed by the Obama administration could also become president in the case of a disaster. So, in CNN’s analysis, most of the people who would take over in the worst-case scenario would keep the Obama administration in power, at least indirectly.

Read the story HERE.

I am no lawyer, thank goodness, but it took me less than two minutes to find the following which negates his presumption of succession.  If the pundit mouthpiece Blitzer had done any homework research at all before going on this segment, he might have been surprised to find out the facts! Maybe he should have asked the lawyers at CNN for an opinion.  Not that it is not a fascinating topic but the timing suggests this group of arses have still NOT given up their pursuit of all things chaotic to assist their “god idol” Obama.

On July 18, 1947, President Harry Truman signed the Presidential Succession Act. The original act of 1792 had placed the Senate president pro tempore and Speaker of the House in the line of succession, but in 1886 Congress had removed them. The 1947 law reinserted those officials, but placed the Speaker ahead of the president pro tempore.

Unless 3 U.S. Code § 19 – “Vacancy in offices of both President and Vice President; officers eligible to act” has been rescinded or made null in some way here is what happens:

(a)
(1) If, by reason of death, resignation, removal from office, inability, or failure to qualify, there is neither a President nor Vice President to discharge the powers and duties of the office of President, then the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall, upon his resignation as Speaker and as Representative in Congress, act as President.
(2) The same rule shall apply in the case of the death, resignation, removal from office, or inability of an individual acting as President under this subsection.

(d)
(1) If, by reason of death, resignation, removal from office, inability, or failure to qualify, there is no President pro tempore to act as President under subsection (b) of this section, then the officer of the United States who is highest on the following list, and who is not under disability to discharge the powers and duties of the office of President shall act as President: Secretary of State, Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of Agriculture, Secretary of Commerce, Secretary of Labor, Secretary of Health and Human Services, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Secretary of Transportation, Secretary of Energy, Secretary of Education, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Secretary of Homeland Security.

CNN your lack of relevance is boring and redundant.  We already know you cannot be trusted to present news in any way other than “fake” or salacious in order to be read or heard.  Even rag journalists sometimes get a sentence or two right! You lost all creditablity years ago but thank goodness for those “fake” news online off-mainstream sites that ACTUALLY check their facts. Those who have not been taught civics or how to think for themselves might believe your words as truth. But we who make up the non-zombified citizens know different.

By the way, I am thinking at this point, given all that has happened recently, the country would be thrown into a massive civil war, you fools, if such a thing happened so why do you even continue to stir the sludge.

Simply Put — Most citizens who have been watching the mind-numbing childish tantrums have had their blinders removed in the last six months as to the horror of allowing ANY Democrat access to the most powerful seat in the US for the next few years.

You guys make me sick. Your network and other mainstream zombies make me ashamed that you are representatives who are shielded under the First Amendment for the purpose of fair, unbiased reporting commissioned by the constitution to protect citizens of these United States.

How sick, sick, sick. WOLF Blitzer? More like some rabid ankle-biter puppy. Can’t help but wonder if this is as much a hint as anything else. We don’t need people like this. Wonder if this is called fomenting rebellion.

    • Saltwater says:

More like mental masturbation to please a fevered mind.

    • Uriel says:

Welcome to Hardnox Warner. You have that right – SICK for even bringing such a thing up. Obama used this tactic throughout his terms to signal mischief. So I wouldn’t put it passed him to push Blitzer into this. I definitely WOULD say this is fomenting rebellion frankly.

  2. These morons are bordering on sedition and criminal threats against the president-elect. That’s a FELONY; just in case they didn’t realize it.
I sincerely hope Trump is taking notes of all this crap and unleashes Sessions on them – ALL OF THEM.

  3. I.R. Wayright says:

Blitzer is just trying to write the next episodes of Designated Survivor.
If ANYTHING happens to Trump, the gloves come off and a purge of lefties will begin.

Allow me just a quick observation on the order of succession.
The Presidential Succession Act of 1947 established that elected officials had priority over appointed officials (Cabinet) in determining who would assume that highest position, in keeping with a government by the people concept, and less like falling to the next favored heir in a royal court.
It also placed the Speaker of the House of Representatives ahead of the President pro tempore of the Senate for the same reason. Members of the House are envisioned as representatives of the people, while members of the Senate ostensibly represent the interests of each state.
Some may question the order which places the Secretary of Defense behind the Secretary of Treasury. Puzzling as it is, even the Secretaries of such seemingly mundane (or useless to some minds) agencies as Agriculture, HUD, Energy, and Education hold priority over clearly important Homeland Security.
The order of succession for appointed officials was set by the order in which each position was created.
    So ends today’s lesson.

    • Uriel says:

Very good. But the reason defense is so far down can be found in the words of our forefathers. They feared a military takeover of government.

      • Saltwater says:

Their priorities were shown by when positions were constituted.
This newest nation first needed the ability to interact with others — State.
It also needed to assure those other nations it would pay its bills — Treasury.
Hold onto its right to exist among other nations — War (Defense)
        Make friends ✓.
        Fund the infant state ✓
        Protect itself ✓

Who dons the mantle of Fake News Emperor if Wolf Blitzer is blown up?

  7. Shar says:

These people are headed for the looney bin.

    • Uriel says:

Headed Shar? When you play in the deep dark cave of sin, you aren’t headed but sincerely already there.

  8. Terry Bowers says:

This man should be arrested for inciting a riot and CNN( the Communist News Network) should immediately fire this idiot

    • Uriel says:

I agree Terry. But CNN should be held responsible as well. Not just for this but many things over the last eight years.

  9. Danne says:

Reckless and suicidal blatherings. If either elect gets hurt you can bet it won’t be safe on the streets for reporters….it’ll be open season on their asses.

  10. Peppermint says:

I never allow CNN in my house because of this very thing, their sick, twisted crap.

  11. captbogus2 says:

The last time CNN had any relevant news on was when Challenger blew up.

    • Uriel says:

Capt Ted Turner sold CNN in 1996 to Times Warner who is owned by Comcast now. Follow the trail I’m betting Saudi money is behind much this. I think when Ted sold it is when CNN totally bombed
