Rex Tillerson A Leading Candidate For Trump’s Sec of State

This is a good interview with House Majority Leader Andrew McCarthy:

I like what he said about Tillerson.  His experience with world leaders and their needs will go far with respect to negotiations with the USA.

I also like his ideas about hamstringing executive over reach, but where were these during the 8 years of King Putt?  Yeah, I know… didn’t have the votes.  Oh bullshit.  They could have done it if they wanted to, especially the last 4 years.  Congress prostrated themselves before Putt.  Now they want to get tough with a Trump administration?

Nutless wonders.

Great interview, thanks for catching it. I worked for Exxon for a couple of years long ago. What often is not told, is that they are very locally oriented and environmentally conscious. I was pretty impressed back then but have not kept up much since. To become top dog at Exxon really speaks to the toughness and ability to get a job done of Tillerson. No one got up that chain of command (or at least lasted for long) who could not handle tough negotiations. As to Putin — let’s not get drowned in the leftist garbage — need I remind people Hillary and Bill themselves as well as others under her at State spent time in meetings and negotiations (including apparently some backroom deals).

You’re welcome. As you say to reach tillerson’s pinnacle he’s no fool by a long shoot. I think he’d be a great SoS given his relationships and experience.

Yep Uriel, Uranium One comes to mind. Plus Podesta sitting on a Russian energy board. Any thing to discredit Trump. We know better.
