Cavuto Stunned – Obama Prods Illegal Immigrants To Vote – Unbelievable

Obama made the bizarre declaration that it’s okay to commit voter fraud and break the law by voting in a U.S. election even if you’re in the country illegally.

A woman interviewer asked Obama: “I call [illegal aliens] citizens, as they contribute to this country. They are fearful of voting and wonder: ‘If I vote, will Immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?’”

“This is not true,” Obama said in the live TV interview. “First of all, when you vote, there’s not a situation where voting rolls are transferred over and people start investigating. The sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential.”

The shocking video clip first aired on Neil Cavuto‘s Fox Business News show “Coast to Coast.

After hearing Obama tell illegal aliens they won’t get caught if they commit voter fraud, a disgusted Cavuto exploded.

“I can’t believe that I heard what I heard!” Cavuto said. “It was very clear that the question that was being asked was about illegals voting and them being afraid they might be reported to Border Security.”

Cavuto said Obama missed the entire premise of the question: “You’re ignoring the fact that you are being questioned about illegal voting, which you can’t do. Why? Because you’re not a citizen of this country!”

Cavuto added: “You’re illegal! You cannot vote. The President of the United States is saying no one will be spying on you, catching you.”

Voter fraud has taken center stage this election cycle, as instances of voter fraud were recently reported in California and in other states.

Last week, a California man found two stacks of mail-in ballots — 83 in total number — on top of his mailbox. He was stunned after discovering they were all addressed to his neighbor’s two-bedroom apartment, but each to a different person.

Hmmm….What’s going on there?

US Citizenship & Immigration Overview – Findlaw

A foreign citizen or national can become a U.S. citizen through a process called naturalization. The privilege of citizenship requires allegiance to the United States. In return, a citizen is entitled to its protection.

Naturalization involves the acquisition of citizen status through specialized legal processes.  To become a naturalized citizen of the United States, a foreign national first must meet several legal standards: Entry, residence, and physical presence; Age; Literacy and education; Moral character; Attachment to constitutional principles; and, Oath of allegiance to the United States.

Benefits of Citizenship

U.S. citizen enjoys many rights and privileges that are not available to non-citizens. Included among these rights and privileges are:

Voting. The privilege to participate in government by electing those who create, debate, and enforce the law.

Holding public office. The privilege to be elected and to serve in any public office (except that of the Vice-President or the President of the United States).

Traveling. The privilege of having a U.S. passport allowing the freedom to travel, as well as to receive government protection and assistance when traveling abroad.

Extending citizenship to your children. Permanent resident children under the age of eighteen, who are in the legal and physical custody of the naturalizing parents automatically become U.S. citizens when their parents become naturalized. Children born after naturalization also receive citizenship through jus sanguinis.

Reuniting families. The privilege of helping immediate relatives (spouses, parents, minor and unmarried children) obtain their visas without extended delay.

Responsibilities of Citizenship

Along with the rights and privileges of citizenship come certain responsibilities, including:

  • Give up prior allegiances to other countries.
  • Support and defend the Constitution and the laws of the United States.
  • Swear allegiance to the United States.
  • Serve the United States (e.g., in military service) when required.

People are going to believe this fool.  Voting in our country is NOT for those who are not citizens or naturalized citizens.  Period end of story. By the way going by this Findlaw interpretation, I see that illegals or those here on visas who have children born in the USA as birther babies is illegal. The way their interpretation reads is that a NATURALIZED citizen who has children automatically have them become citizens not visa or illegals.

Since Obama does not understand this (even though some have alleged he had teaching experience in law school) then HE  needs to be declared according to the rights and privileges of citizenship above a NON-CITIZEN or ILLEGAL ALIEN and lose all rights and privileges including monetary that a retired president would be afforded.

He has deliberately and with forethought circumvented laws, dictated actions to his executive branch which are contrary current law, shown more allegiance to the state of Islam than to our country, and found dozens of ways by word or deed to change or manipulate our system in order to move us out of our country and into the state of world governance as mandated by the United Nations and outside influences.

Thank Goodness he has so little time left to serve in an office that by all rights he should never have been elected to.

Cavuto better be careful walking to his car after the show: He might get run over by a bus full of illegals being driven to the polls by a dhimmicrat hired gun.

I worried about this because I live in NE Texas; and we a lot of Illegals here. I researched it:
    Excerpts:
Judge Andrew Hanen issued a ruling against Obama’s directive for DHS to stop deportation procedures against illegals. His 123-page opinion states clearly that the DHS was not given any ‘discretion by law’ to grant 4.3 million removable aliens ‘legal presence.'” Judge Hanen wrote, “In fact, the law mandates that these illegally-present individuals be removed.”

…while it is illegal for anyone not a US citizen to vote in US elections, under severe penalties, the Democrats hope that enough fraudulent votes will be cast to create overwhelming confusion to electoral outcomes as to make corrections a prohibitively expensive and drawn out process.

Add to that the fact that through massive voter fraud from refugees granted asylum, visa recipients, states issuing driver’s licenses and ID cards to illegals and the Supreme Court decision that nobody needs to show proof-of-citizenship when registering to vote and when casting a vote, especially by mail-in ballot, the votes of legitimate American citizens could be permanently nullified.

There seems to be only one solution on the horizon if the states themselves will act. The state legislatures of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and any Republican majority northern states must pass
legislation making it a state crime for any non-citizen to vote in any election held in that state, violations to be punishable by five years and a $100,000.00 fine.
If the states can’t check their citizenship when they register there is nothing to stop the states from checking afterwards.

Uriel, I saw this clip of Obama doing this. Nothing more than his usual breaking the law. He should have told the young woman it’s against the law for non citizens to vote. But, NO, he chose to go against his oath to our country once again.
