Bill and Hillary have operated their foundation as a global money laundering initiative since its inception. This fact has been proven, several times over, and there’s enough evidence of illegal activity to imprison everyone involved for a thousand lifetimes. But, as FBI Director James Comey has made abundantly clear, laws are for poor people. How ironic; if you illegally make enough money, your actions suddenly aren’t illegal anymore.

We here at Conservative Daily Post don’t believe any amount of money could put someone above the law, so we like to dig around and find evidence that might place the Clintons and their cronies away for another thousand lifetimes.

It has long been supposed that Hillary used her office as Secretary of State to manipulate the global economy in order to garner more funds and get more donors, and then even more power over and over again. Supposed, documented, proven, but there has always been one thing missing; a confession. We may have found it.

With a confession of guilt, there wouldn’t be any need to listen to the likes of Director Comey or Loretta Lynch—or worse, Barack Obama—there would be no need to go through the tiring lies and stonewalling, smashed Blackberries, or witnesses pleading the fifth. With a confession—which we’ll get to in a moment—there would be a rather interesting article in the U.S. Constitution that could be invoked.

[United States Constitution, Article III, Section III: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.]

On January 1st, 2014, Hillary Clinton said the following to a group of millionaire donors:

“I don’t know what the future holds for Morocco, but that’s another country that I would be, you know, advising people to look at and invest in because it seems to have made a transition, at least in this first phase, successfully.”

But Morocco is an ally, not an enemy, so that isn’t treason. She’s just manipulating an entire country so that investors can get insider trading information. Whoa! Slow down there commie—that’s also illegal.

[The Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act (STOCK act) prohibits the use of non-public information for private profit, including insider trading by members of Congress and other government employees.]

Oh say, can you see? A direct confession of violating the STOCK act by giving Aid, as defined in the Constitution. This was just the most blatantly worded case that could be found within the leaked transcripts, but this is not the only case. She made similar statements about countries that are not our allies, and some that are currently enemies—but not under the Constitutional definition of Enemy.

Some more quotes then. In a speech Hillary Clinton gave to Goldman Sachs on June 4th, 2013, she admitted that she would “get paid all these big bucks for being in positions like I was just in” she said of relations with an Enemy as defined by the Constitution, Iran.

Hillary Clinton openly admitted to violating the STOCK act by telling donors to “invest” in Morocco, and said she got paid “big bucks” to be in a “position” in Iran.

Okay, this almost sounds too good to be true.  Unless someone has speed reading skills that is over 4,000 leaked documents in 4 days to wade through even if Assange has it all pretty much categorized.  Besides, Slick Bill and Hill have way too much practice at twisting words.

However, it would be interesting to see if someone could go through the leaked documents and determine that Hillary actually slipped up in this way.  It would add another layer and actual documented proof of her sins so that special prosecutor could have even more ammo.

  1. Popular Front says:

Something stinks like bad bean farts here. Julian Assange is holed up (still) in the Ecuadorian embassy in London dodging the Swedes who want to prosecute him for rape and shivering in paranoid fear that the USA has a waterboard waiting over his theft of secrets, if they can just get their hands on him.
So, obviously the albino troublemaker has some munchkins to do his bidding in the USA but are the Ecuadorians prepared to keep flipping the bird to the USA by harbouring Assange? Is it worth it? I wouldn’t think so. So here he is meddling in the US presidential electoral process being shielded by Ecuador.
Hey beaners, here’s a tip. Payback is a bitch, no matter how long it takes.

    • Uriel says:

My question as well. He has already had one lawyer “eliminated”. One wonders how nervous all his fact checkers are AND who is Paying for all his work. I am extremely surprised that Ecuador hasn’t buckled especially after his Swedish rape warrant and Obama pressure. My only conclusion is they have powerful insurance backing them (like Russia or China) and he has a VERY wealthy backer.

  2. I’m kinda glad Comey didn’t prosecute her. Had he done so, o’shitbag could have pardoned her and she’d be back on her feet (aided, of course) and doing what she does best – lie, cheat and steal more money.

Where he didn’t, this leaves it open for Trump to rake her and Bill through the coals and get to the bottom of their sewage-mired operations, along with the rest of their co-conspirators.

    • Uriel says:

I agree 100% and have posted that as well. Comey has been shown to be controlled by the machine BUT my feeling is he went to the edge of that limb to provide truth but hope the PUBLIC would crucify her and keep the chant alive till trial Could be done. I seriously doubt Obama and Hillary expected him to tell so much truth in that interview. He may be guilty of a lot. I am seeing this more like he sacrificed himself on the pyre just like a soldier protects his buddies as the only means he had to help.

      • Emilia says:

Time will tell, Uriel. In the meantime, much harm has been done to the reputation of the FBI. I, for one, have very little trust in ANY gubmint agency at this time.

        • Uriel says:

Agreed. Some poly-sci student twenty years from now will write a thesis and propose all manner of thoughts. Till then we are living every day in tomorrow’s history. Neither do I at this point – greed and stupidity seem the order of the day and every means foul is being used to push their agendas.

  3. Bullright says:

If that is the case, imagine how she herself benefited from all the privileged info at her fingertips. And how the Foundation benefited from it. The smoking gun here seems to be Hillary Clinton herself — as crooked as a global warming hockey stick.

    • Uriel says:

Hillary is and always has been what benefits her and Chelsea. I’m not even sure if Chelsea wouldn’t become roadkill if absolutely necessary. I am sure as the sun rising in the east Hillary has done everything we think she has but proving it is another thing entirely. A deathbed confession is about all we could hope for unless we were to find by an act of divine interference her black book.

      • Bullright says:

Yes, catching her with the axe in her hand is a problem. But she does pretty freely admit her objectives in those statements.

        • Uriel says:

Exactly. But is it enough to take to court? I don’t know.

          • Popular Front says:

That’s the vexing question but there is some hope to see justice – eventually – done. In your country and mine, indeed in most ‘western’ nations there is no Statute of Limitations on fraud because for the most part it can take years of patient forensic accounting to compile the evidence sufficient for prosecution. That’s why so many sneaky shysters are of an advanced age when they’re finally up before the Bench.

            • Uriel says:

Lol True Popular and by then they have done everything they set out to do so why not sit in prison and let someone else suffer the consequences. That way they don’t have to face the public and found a safe space since most don’t have to deal with a plebeian prison.
