Immigration’s Alphabet Soup Is Turning Sour – Some of the mind-controlled rats there may need to be rethinking their employment soon

The September 8, 2016 OIG Report created quite a stir online and in congress. But there is so much more that should have been questioned and addressed.  This is only one drip in the dam.  We won’t know until after Trump takes office just how bad the deliberately altered statistics, the rotten inner management, and the truly frightening security threat will be.  The leaked documents may help but they only serve at this time to frustrate us simply because we know that Obama’s crew were only hired as YES worker bees.

Potentially Ineligible Individuals Have Been Granted U.S. Citizenship Because of Incomplete Fingerprint Records

Why We Did This Inspection

When aliens apply for U.S. citizenship, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) obtains information about their immigration history through fingerprint records. Our objective was to determine whether USCIS uses these records effectively during the naturalization process.

What We Found

USCIS granted U.S. citizenship to at least 858 individuals ordered deported or removed under another identity when, during the naturalization process, their digital fingerprint records were not available. The digital records were not available because although USCIS procedures require checking applicants’ fingerprints against both the Department of Homeland Security’s and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) digital fingerprint repositories, neither contains all old fingerprint records. Not all old records were included in the DHS repository when it was being developed. Further, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has identified, about 148,000 older fingerprint records that have not been digitized of aliens with final deportation orders or who are criminals or fugitives. The FBI repository is also missing records
because, in the past, not all records taken during immigration encounters were forwarded to the FBI. As long as the older fingerprint records have not been digitized and included in the repositories, USCIS risks making naturalization decisions without complete information and, as a result, naturalizing additional individuals who may be ineligible for citizenship or who may be trying to obtain U.S. citizenship fraudulently.

What We Recommend

We are recommending that ICE finish uploading into the digital repository the fingerprints it identified and that DHS resolve these cases of naturalized citizens who may have been ineligible.

Trey Gowdy Grills Obama DOJ Officials for Forcing Cities to Violate Immigration Laws

Published Sep 27, 2016
Immigration and Border Security Subcommittee Chairman Gowdy and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Goodlatte issued the statement below in advance of this hearing.

“It is outrageous that the Justice Department would seek a consent decree with the New Orleans Police Department to actually inhibit the ability of the federal government to enforce federal law. By hindering federal immigration officers’ ability to apprehend criminal aliens, the Justice Department consciously disregards the safety and security of the American public by enabling the release of these criminals back into our communities to commit more crimes.

“Next week, the Immigration and Border Security Subcommittee will examine DOJ’s role in coercing the New Orleans Police Department to adopt dangerous sanctuary policies and will seek answers from the Department. We look forward to hearing their explanation as to why they would encourage a local jurisdiction to violate federal law.”

Hundreds of immigrants

An internal Obama administration email shows immigration officials may be literally working overtime to swear in as many new “citizen voters” as possible before the Nov. 8 presidential election, a powerful lawmaker charged Thursday.

The email, from a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services field office chief and part of a chain of correspondence within the agency, urges the unnamed recipient to swear in as many citizens as possible “due to the election year.”

“The Field Office due to the election year needs to process as many of their N-400 cases as possible between now and FY 2016,” reads the email, which was disclosed to by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., who chairs the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.

Leaked FBI Data Reveal 7,700 Terrorist Encounters in USA in One Year;
Border States Most Targeted

September 26, 2016

Leaked documents with sensitive FBI data exclusively obtained by Breitbart Texas reveal that 7,712 terrorist encounters occurred within the United States in one year and that many of those encounters occurred near the U.S.-Mexico border. The incidents are characterized as “Known or Suspected Terrorist Encounters.” Some of the encounters occurred near the U.S.-Mexico border at ports-of-entry and some occurred in between, indicating that persons known or reasonably suspected of being terrorists attempted to sneak into the U.S. across the border. In all, the encounters occurred in higher numbers in border states.

Some of the documents pertain to the entire U.S., while others focus specifically on the state of Arizona. The documents are labeled, “UNCLASSIFIED/LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE” and contain data from the FBI-administered Terrorist Screening Center, the organization maintaining the Terrorist Screening Database, also known as the “Terror Watch List.”

Mexico sees surge of migrants from Haiti, Africa and Asia

Associated Press/Yahoo News
September 24, 2016

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexican immigration authorities said Saturday they have been hit by a surge of almost 5,000 Haitian, African and Asian migrants entering by the southern border in just a few days.

Recent experience suggests the 4,749 migrants entering through Mexico’s Tapachula immigration center on the Guatemalan border will soon try to reach the California border, with many expected to apply for asylum.

Mexico’s National Immigration Institute said the migrants entered the country between Sept. 21 and 23. It did not break them down according to country of origin, but recent trends suggest the majority are likely from Haiti.

That would mark a huge increase over the number seen so far this year. The institute said a total of 7,800 Haitian migrants entered Mexico through Guatemala between Jan. 1 and Sept. 21, as well as 1,701 migrants from Africa and 3,753 from various Asian.

The institute said that none of these Haitian, African or Asian migrants have requested permission to stay in Mexico. “Up to this moment, the institute has not received any requests from these foreigners for refuge, asylum or regularization, because they have expressed that their desire is to reach the United States.”

The migrants cannot be sent back to their home countries, so Mexico gives them 20-day temporary visas so they can cross the country and get to the U.S. It said the Africans came mainly from the Congo, Ghana, Guinea, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, Sudan and Nigeria.

All I can do is shake my head and grab the antacids because sure as “shoot’n” the crap is going to continue until we kick Obama’s arse out and fumigate the executive branch.  I hope not only does he NOT get his raise after leaving office but that he is impeached and any funds taxpayers pay Clinton or Obama for retired presidents and their security details are removed.

I have a couple of good friends (shooting buddies) who are ICE/DHS. They are sooooooo opposed to what they are being forced to do that it’s a wonder they don’t frag their superiors.

    • Uriel says:

It’s terrible that our own security has been threatened or fired for not doing the job. I do Not blame any regular employees I know they are pawns just as our citizens are. It’s the ones at the top who all need to be sent to Iraq or Syria without the guns they are so determined to take out of our hands.

  2. Hardnox says:

A full purge is waaaay overdue of all agencies. The political hacks need to go.

I’m with vM. I have a number of Fed LEO friends that are pissed beyond description. They can’t wait until January 20.

  3. Peppermint says:

Uriel, great comprehensive post. Like Nox, I can’t wait to see this administration purged of all those who keep breaking the laws on the books. I don’t blame any regular employees either. It comes from the top. What really ticks me off so bad is that these policies endanger every American and their families.

    • Uriel says:

Thanks Peppermint! Great comment. I agree. We have not seen the assault level and insecurity currently occurring since WWII and even then it wasn’t inside our borders to this extent.
