Iran may have received an additional $33.6 billion in secret cash and gold payments facilitated by the Obama administration between 2014 and 2016, according to testimony provided before Congress by an expert on last summer’s nuclear agreement with Iran.

Between January 2014 and July 2015, when the Obama administration was hammering out the final details of the nuclear accord, Iran was paid $700 million every month from funds that had previously been frozen by U.S. sanctions.

A total of $11.9 billion was ultimately paid to Iran, but the details surrounding these payments remain shrouded in mystery, according to Mark Dubowitz, executive director at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.

In total, “Iran may have received as much as $33.6 billion in cash or in gold and other precious metals,” Dubowitz disclosed.

New questions about these payments are emerging following confirmation from top Obama administration officials on Thursday that it was forced to pay Iran $1.7 billion in cash prior to the release of several U.S. hostages earlier this year. The administration insisted that cash had to be used for this payment.

How much longer will our country and specifically Congress allow this person in the oval office to remain there?

I am all for impeaching him TODAY.

He has lied, degraded our country in front of others, deliberately sided with groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, Islamic terrorists, BLM, and Black Panthers.

He and his cohorts have found dozens of ways to terrorize and take property from citizens.

He and his cohorts have pushed agendas guaranteed to create anger and chaos among and between citizens.

He has deliberately found ways in secret or counter to congressional demands and federal court decisions to circumvent laws currently on the books and drain our country of funds much like a magician’s sleight of hand.

He has deliberately opened our borders and in secret or outright brought many refugees and illegal immigrants into our country knowing that there is a serious national security threat.

He has deliberately placed Muslims with ties to the Islamic terrorists groups in places of judicial  authority and agency management control in our own government.

He has secretly and in front of Congress pushed through treaties with Iran which are counter to our country’s interests and welfare while shipping actual funds in cash to them.  That doesn’t even count how many weapons and equipment have found their way into the hands of terrorists and the brotherhood in the Middle East while encouraging ISIS and other splinter groups by restraining tactics, deliberately drawing down and shackling military, and removing military generals who refuse or find fault with his orders.

This is an election year and we are furious.  We are awake and watching what every one of the congressmen and women are doing.  We are keeping a tally on how many are being brought before courts on charges and who is being given passes.  One day soon there will be a reckoning.

We DEMAND that our country be returned to the constitution as written with  laws currently on the books while returning our country to some semblance of order.   S**ew those that do not put our country first and its laws over the lawlessness of Obama and the Clintons.

It is TIME FOR CONGRESS to stop sitting on their marshmallow butts and kick him out of office.  At the very least Impeach Loretta Lynch and Jeh Johnson to cripple his actions. You have more than enough reasons. If you need another, how about saving your own political arses.

He’s determined to bankrupt this country, giving billions to our enemies, devaluing our currency by flooding the markets with worthless paper and inviting our vilest of foes to join, and head, key positions to further destroy our society. Not to mention divide us against one another creating chaos, hate and discontent in EVERY CORNER of our society.
    What’s not to like….? sarc)

In the real world Obummer would have been impeached already but today’s bizzaro world…

  3. GoHuggaTree says:

Well, this is delightful news for a Saturday evening. Wonder how many more Hamas RPGs will be lobbed into Israeli territory, marked “a gift from Obammy”.

    • Uriel says:

Sorry to spoil your Saturday. You are right though he has done great harm to our country in MANY ways but to me this is one of the worst

The pendulum swings. Then swings back. If we get our turn, and it appears we will, we need to be ruthless cleaning house. Guess there’s no way we can prosecute the brown clown for treason after he’s out of office. He’d probably just pardon himself as his last official act. We can rebuild out greatness. We can kill the muslim madness. Seems I remember someone saying something like “Make America Great Again.”

    • Uriel says:

Actually I think he can be tried. He is a private citizen at that point. Seems like he could be held accountable if directly linked.

Don’t quote me though I am not lawyer.

      • Hadenoughalready says:

Last I knew, treason, like murder, has neither a statute of limitations nor any immunity of any kind.

        • Uriel says:

According to what I just found in Yale law–a sitting Potus is a strange case that mostly can only have civil charges for any infraction or treason charges levied – Richard Nixon was an exception that might have settled the issue. Clinton was over a non-president civil not criminal action. It is totally up for interpretation at the time. However, once an ex-president, the laws and rules apply as in any individual’s case so he could be criminally charged. I am guessing if it was treason, extremely strong case would have to be made and sent through congressional channels using impeachment proceedings, though not sure. However a 2008 article from Dailykos is about the only one I found concerning a possible case against Bush as ex-president. In that article the following statement was made: “Can an ex-president be impeached? The answer is – Yes. Since a former President receives a pension and other resources from the Federal Government, Congress’s impeachment power can strip these benefits. So, when Bush leaves office in January 2009 – he is not free from possible impeachment.”. I would assume in the case of treason or subversive prosecution though it be worthy of prison time. I hope someone who reads this that has a better understanding could explain it. I dearly hope that first- presidential perks would be stripped from Obama and second – indictment would be sought. http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/4/15/495926/-

interesting side note from the article: Presidential Pardons. They only work on Federal crimes. Not on civil and not on state criminal charges. So if some plucky state Attorney General can build a strong case on state charges, the Presidential Pardon holds no power over those charges, either. So IF Hillary was brought up now on STATE charges – Obama maybe could NOT interfere.

A WND post said this: “The crimes are also state crimes, and the Clinton Foundation can be closed down if you as readers take any one of these complaints and present it in a formal way to the state attorney general where you live and demand, start a movement demanding that the state investigate criminally the Clinton Foundation and shut the foundation down nationally until your state investigation is completed,” Corsi urged.

As I understand it, in times of peace, a president is just a president.

However, in a time of “war”, and since we’ve been in a declared “war on drugs” and a “war on terror” for decades, now, his title has been changed to “commander in chief”. This has allowed him, like Bush, to invoke the war powers act, directing strikes as he so chooses.

This should, by definition, place him at the mercy of a military tribunal and subject to charges of high treason for aiding an abetting, amongst other charges.

To be honest, this entire situation is a mess because, by rights, only congress can declare war yet no one has called either him or Bush to the carpet.

            • Hadenoughalready says:

In addition, (which also makes this situation confounding), is that, in a time of “war”, the Department of Defense changes to “the War Department”, just as it did after Pearl Harbor.

          • Wetzel says:

There have been several times in my lifetime I’ve read something like this, something possibly monumental, with almost fairy tale possibilities — and I’ve gone blank wondering how and if it could be pulled together. in this case, to shut down the foundation. Is there any deeper precedent for this? From what you say, it seems possible. Any other readers interested in seeing where this could go? And are the Cray computers buzzing right now, having detected some of the words we have used?

        • Wetzel says:

It seems that treason and pornography have a few things in common. Can’t remember who said that they knew pornography when they saw it. And porn takes a lot to prove that’s what it is in a court of law. There is no doubt in my mind what we are seeing. Well, no one but the village idiot would say life is simple, Change you can count on? Looks like it. No statute of limitations? That’s encouraging.

  5. Uriel says:

Yes Wetzel it is encouraging but first we have to have gotten passed January 2017 to find a congress and Pres willing to push it through.

  6. vonmesser says:

The problem with impeaching Obama is that he will NOT be convicted in the Senate. You need 66 votes to convict, and there is no way the Democrats will allow that to happen. When Clinton was impeached, he was not convicted, and came out stronger than ever. Same thing will happen if Obama is impeached. And his “new-found strength” might be enough to get Hillary elected.

    • Wetzel says:

I’m sue you’ve read Uriel’s comments above on impeachment, even of a former president. It would be humiliating to have his (unearned) government income cut off, along with secret service detail. {Then again, will anything ever humiliate this anti-American fraud?) Would like to read your comments on the possibilities…

      • Wetzel says:

Doggone typos! Meant to say “I’m SURE..”

      • vonMesser says:

Hadn’t read them – missed therm because doing a lot on my phone instead of computer. However, after seeing them I do think there might be something there, and I would certainly like to see him gone after. Again – it wouldn’t be until there was at least a smidgen of integrity in the Congress, because the Democrats will NEVER allow their baby boy to get spanked, so need at least 66 Republicans in the Senate.
