Droves of African Migrants in Mexico Awaiting U.S. Asylum Under Secret Pact

The Federal Delegation of the Institute of Migration in Chiapas has brought in atypically large group of Africans voluntarily

From El Universal in Mexico comes an article dated August 30, 2016 which can be read in translated form.

Herds of African immigrants are being housed in shelters in the Mexican border town of Tijuana while they await entry into the United States under what appears to be a secret accord between the Obama administration, Mexico and the Central American countries the Africans transited on their journey north. A backlog of African migrants is overwhelming limited shelter space in Tijuana and Mexican officials blame the slow pace of U.S. immigration authorities in the San Isidro port of entry for granting only 50 asylum solicitations daily.

Details about this disturbing program come from Mexico’s immigration agency, Instituto Nacional de Migracion (INM), and appear this week in an article published by the country’s largest newspaper. “Mexico is living through a wave of undocumented Africans, due to a humanitarian crisis on that continent, that has saturated shelters in Tapachula, Chiapas, and generated pressure on shelters in Tijuana, Baja California,” the news article states. The African migrants’ journey begins in Brazil under a South American policy that allows the “free transit” of immigrants throughout the continent. Ecuador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama facilitate the process by transferring the concentration of foreigners towards Mexico based on an agreement that Mexico will help them gain entry into the U.S. so they can solicit asylum.

The Africans are mostly entering Mexico through the southern state of Chiapas, which borders Guatemala. This week alone 424 Africans arrived at the Chiapas immigration station, which is situated in Tapachula. Shelters in Tijuana currently have 154 migrants from African countries waiting on their U.S. asylum solicitations, according to figures provided by the INM. “The undocumented don’t want to stay in Mexico,” the news article clarifies. “They want to make it to U.S. territory to solicit asylum based on the life conditions that prevail in the continent.” Authorities in Tijuana are offering support to migrants from El Congo, Somalia, Ghana and Pakistan to facilitate entering the U.S. through the San Isidro crossing, according to the news story. San Isidro is the largest land border crossing between San Diego, California and Tijuana.

The Obama administration has done a great job of promoting its various back-door amnesty programs, which include perpetually extending a humanitarian measure designed to temporarily shield illegal immigrants from deportation during emergencies. It’s known as Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and in the last few years migrants from several African countries have received it so the new influx is not all surprising. Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone got TPS back in 2014 over the lingering effects of the Ebola Virus and earlier this year Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson extended it. The administration cited the “continued recovery challenges” the African countries face for the extension.

Last summer Johnson extended a TPS for Somalians until March 17, 2017, which could have served as a driving force behind the sudden surge via Latin America. A notice in the Federal Register says the extension was warranted because the conditions in Somalia that prompted the TPS designation continue to be met. “There continues to be a substantial, but temporary, disruption of living conditions in Somalia due to ongoing armed conflict that would pose a serious threat to the personal safety of returning Somali nationals, as well as extraordinary and temporary conditions in the country that prevent Somali nationals from returning to Somalia in safety,” the notice states. “The Secretary has also determined that permitting eligible Somali nationals to remain temporarily in the United States is not contrary to the national interest of the United States.”

Back in March 2016, Judicial Watch ran an article titled “Arizona Atty. Gen. Finds Money Trail Between Middle East, Mexican Smugglers” which actually got little notice partly because there was an ongoing investigation and partly because of media censorship.

“Months after six Middle Eastern men who entered the U.S. illegally through Mexico were arrested in Arizona state authorities have uncovered an extensive money trail between the Middle East and Mexico. This includes more than a dozen wire transfers sent from the Middle East to known Mexican smugglers in at least two different regions of the Latin American nation, according to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.

A report issued by the AG exposes the disturbing money trail between Mexico and terrorist nations in the Middle East as well as evidence of smuggling routes tying the region to America’s southern border. An excerpt of the AG’s findings was obtained by a local media outlet that published it this week. It states that the Mexican city of Tapachula, a known human smuggling hub located near the Guatemalan border in the state of Chiapas, was the top destination of Middle Eastern money transfers. Nogales, which is situated adjacent to the Arizona border, is the second destination, the investigation found. “Agents conducted a comprehensive geographic analysis of possible terrorist related transactions and/or money transfers involving human smuggling networks,” the state report says.”

Judicial Watch has published more than a few reports of incidents, a few with pictures, proving how this administration and in particular DHS has been deliberately breaking the law while shuffling at night using travel buses and other means of transportation an unknown volume of suspicious refugees unchecked through our southern borders.  In fact it barely made a wave in media but one woman was apprehended  of supposedly Middle Eastern extraction transporting sensitive drawings and plans back across the border into Mexico.  Raids on tunnels from the Pacific to the Gulf of Mexico along the border have found numerous examples of illegal crossings of people who have left behind radical leaflets, prayer mats, and Qurans.

Now perhaps as a thawing after Trumps visit, a national newspaper is actually confirming even worse in the pipeline.  So what happens now with those hundreds of Somalis?  How many have actually been secretly moved in despite federal court rulings?  Where ARE they?

Why have we not had congressional impeachment proceedings for Jeh Johnson, Loretta Lynch and others who are in direct violation of our national security interests? This is outrageous!  Had Trump not visited would we have ever learned the truth? I am beyond angry and surprised states have not forced this issue into the limelight despite election.

In fact I ask everyone to flood congress and organizations over this right away.  These chickenpoo congressmen and agency bobbleheads who have allowed this to happen deserve to be housed in prisons on the border with all the hoodlums.

This is true I have seen it and the herd in TJ is much bigger then two hundred. We all are in big trouble, we are seeing hut dwelling people wanting to bring what to our country. Like President Trump states they will be returned to where the came.

Hi Peggy. Welcome to Hardnox. This whole thing is disturbing. It sounds like you and many along the border are really having trouble. It’s curious though some living along the border don’t seem bothered. I have seen a clip or two where some disagree with closed borders but if this is true everyone is at risk. Considering the source and timing perhaps things will be better so long as libs/Dems and especially Hillary don’t have their way.

If we can’t have borders and laws, we have NO country. This is what TEX GOV, Abbott placed into law:

Idiots are trying to fight Our Gov. saying, “It isn’t Constitutional”. You idiots! They INVADED A COUNTRY!
    Texas Governor Harboring Illegals Felony
Gov. Greg Abbott signed the bill, known as HB 11, into law by last year as part of an $800 million border security effort undertaken by the Legislature. Under one provision of HB 11, people who profit from, encourage or induce a person to enter or stay in the country illegally “by concealing, harboring, or shielding that person from detection” can be charged with various felony degrees. The charges depend on the age of the immigrant and whether he or she becomes victim of sexual assault or other crimes.
The bill also creates the new crime of “continuous harboring” of immigrants for 10 days or more.

    Keep Reading:

Texas Gov. Suggested anyone Hiring an Illegal should receive a fine of $25,000 per Illegal. If they are housed, the fine goes up to $50,000.
I have written to my Gov. about the Liberal Judge who thinks we should allow Illegals to come here anytime they want to. The Judge is breaking a law that was never changed. It was ignored. Get him kicked off the bench.

    • Uriel says:

Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona are on the front lines. They are trying their best to protect themselves. I don’t fault them at all for claiming all they can under states rights. It’s the rear ends in DC causing ALL of these problems. Every name from every state found supporting Obama needs to be removed.

  4. Hardnox says:

This is very disturbing. No Congressional oversight! Nada, won’t get any either because the spineless bastards don’t want to be labeled as racists by the media in advance of the elections.

I remember a country that had laws once.

    • Uriel says:

So do I Hardnox. Balls and steel spines. These guys are all traitors.

      • captbogus2 says:

Come election day I would truly hope that before people pull that handle for their GOP candidate they consider whether he has been a help or a hindrance for the POTUS candidate the people have chosen. They should also regard his word as to whether he pledged support for the candidate or not.

        • Uriel says:

I agree Capt. It isn’t JUST one race but all races. Already several incumbents have been reelected which makes little sense except DNC poured huge funds into their getting reelected which means from ground up there will still be a massive struggle.

  5. I.R. Wayright says:

There is going to be a “humanitarian crisis” on this continent pretty soon if these dumbos aren’t sent back where they came from. How in the hell did they cross the ocean in the first place?

    • Uriel says:

Now THAT is an interesting question. One could consider the Summit of South American-Arab Countries. As conceivably having dumped them there. Or one of the UN backed groups
