The depth and scope of the Clinton’s and their foundation reach into so many financial sectors is mind-boggling. It seems wherever those two visited or gave speeches requires careful study of motive and manipulation.
Take for instance their connection to Russia. While Hillary and the Dems seem daily to place a shadow over Trump and his connections to Putin or business in Russia, it is in fact Hillary who has the most to hide starting during the Clinton presidency and definitely during her tenure as Secretary of State. If one knows where to look and has the resources and time, the path can be followed and the case made against the Clintons and their foundation circumstantially at least. Timelines, direct and indirect associates and link accusations and insights could be drawn. The trick there is acquiring hard evidence and keeping witnesses alive if needed for trial.
The United States and Russia agreed in December 2009 at a meeting of the U.N. Committee on Disarmament and International Security. In announcing its cybersecurity goals on May 29, 2009, the Obama administration showed its determination to elevate the issue of cybersecurity to a new level where hopefully Russia and the US could find common ground.
The press release titled U.S.-Russia Relations: “Reset” Fact Sheet covered what supposedly was Hillary Clinton’s task in this area. The New START Treaty covered many topics including nuclear, financial, Bilateral Commission, military-to-military cooperation, energy, human rights, and Initiative on Innovation. A press release on June 17, 2013 titled FACT SHEET: U.S.-Russian Cooperation on Information and Communications Technology Security covered more on the bilateral discussion.
Government Accountability Institute just released on August 1, 2016 an in-depth report titled “FROM RUSSIA WITH MONEY: Hillary Clinton, the Russian Reset, and Cronyism”. It is a 56 page report detailing people, places, companies, and events of the Clintons, their Cronies and how they all benefited from selling US technology and nanotechnology to Russian interests.
One name figuring prominently in the report besides Hillary and Bill is John David Podesta, Chairman of the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. Podesta previously served as Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton and Counselor to President Barack Obama. He is the former president and now Chair and Counselor of the Center for American Progress (CAP), Constitutional Project which is a liberal think tank in Washington, D.C., and is also a Visiting Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center. He was a co-chairman of the Obama-Biden Transition Project. He has testified several times before congress on several issues and has spoken for Hillary in public announcements. He has also insisted Comey’s testimony cleared Hillary of all allegations and the matter should be at end.
During Hillary’s Secretary of State years, Podesta was intimately involved just as Abedin in her activities especially according to CAI’s report in the Russian technology and “reset” of Russian relations pushed by Obama and executed closely by Clinton. In 2009, Obama wanted to strengthen ties with Russia and one area of interest to both countries was an exchange of technology which would benefit both. It was so important to Obama that Hillary as secretary was put in direct charge and oversight, not shuffled off to any underlings as she implied the uranium deal gone wrong was done.
In the process of negotiations, discussions, exchanges of money and ideas, Hillary Clinton and Podesta appear to have expanded her role beyond the range of national interests and security and into the realm of pay-to-play cronyism. As in other instances, money changed hands to the Foundation through charitable donations or Bill’s speaking fees and seemingly overnight the way was paved for Russian interests to receive favor. It raised alarms enough that the FBI and Army raised a lot of objections. Of course, the DHS, NSA and the DoJ have been quiet on the issue (imagine that).
The GAI in their Executive Summary listed the following concerns:
1- A major technology transfer component of the Russian reset overseen by Hillary Clinton substantially enhanced the Russian military’s technological capabilities, according to both the FBI and the U.S. Army.
2- Russian government officials and American corporations participated in the technology transfer project overseen by Hillary Clinton’s State Department that funnelled tens of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation.
3- A Putin-connected Russian government fund transferred $35 million to a small company with Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta on its executive board, which included senior Russian officials.
4- John Podesta failed to reveal, as required by law on his federal financial disclosures, his membership on the board of this offshore company.
5- Podesta also headed up a think tank which wrote favorably about the Russian reset while apparently receiving millions from Kremlin-linked Russian oligarchs via an offshore LLC.
Toward the end of their research backed with pages of bibliographical notations is the following.
National Security Implications
The serious questions raised by Hillary Clinton’s pushing of technology transfer and investments as part of the Russian reset don’t end with the issues of self-dealing and cronyism. There are serious national security questions that have been raised about both Skolkovo and Rusnano, by the FBI, the U.S. Army, and cybersecurity experts. Specifically, these experts have argued that the activities of Skolkovo and Russian investment funds like Rusnano are ultimately serving the interests of the Russian military.
In 2014, the FBI sent letters to a number of firms involved with Skolkovo in what was called “an extraordinary warning issued to technology companies.” The FBI’s Boston Office warned U.S. tech companies that Skolkovo could draw them unwittingly into industrial espionage. The FBI warning singled out the Skolkovo Foundation, with which Hillary Clinton and the State Department had actively encouraged American companies to work. (Memorandums of Understanding signed by American companies to work with Skolkovo were done under the auspices of the State Department.) “The foundation may be a means for the Russian government to access our nation’s sensitive or classified research development facilities and dual-use technologies with military and commercial application,” warned Lucia Ziobro, the assistant special agent at the FBI’s Boston office.
So not only did Hillary Clinton use an unclassified server with State Department top-secret information, not only was she directly or indirectly involved with the sale of uranium claims to Russia, but now we see that she was involved and had access to those in Russia in the transference of highly classified technology which went far above the role Obama gave her to administer and those like Podesta and others have benefited from that lucrative association while our top-level technological national security advancements may have been compromised by her actions even though FBI and Army objections were noted. The Panama banking scandal actually highlighted some of the information of who was involved according to CAI.
So the closer we get to the general Presidential Election, Hillary may want to NOT hit Trump up on issues. So far every issue she has blasted him on has turned up more issues that deserve jail time for both Clintons as well as the dissolution of the foundation. There is an interesting side note in the report about how some foundations get around the non-profit clause and have solely owned for-profit subsidiaries. I think it might be well worth the time and expense to see just how far into that scandal Clinton Foundation is involved.
And Obama said she is THE most qualified ever for the position of president! Simply backs up his airhead, drug induced view of an alternate reality. Unfrigging believable what these people are getting away with!
