Judge Reopens Clinton Email Lawsuit

Federal judge agrees to reopen Hillary Clinton email lawsuit

From Fox News

Full story can be found Here:

A federal judge has agreed to reopen a lawsuit that seeks to gain access to emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server.

Judge Reggie B. Walton’s decision Friday came after the State Department and Judicial Watch, which brought the lawsuit, agreed that the documents that Clinton kept on her own email server separate from the government should be turned over.

“This is the first case that’s been reopened,” Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch told The Washington Times. “It’s a significant development. It points to the fraud by this administration and Mrs. Clinton.”

Previously, the court dismissed Judicial Watch’s request, on the grounds that the documents did not exist.

Well, well!   Could we actually be seeing the wheels of justice attempting to get to the facts and trial of a well deserved court case? It may only be an opening volley but at this point, kudos to Judge Walton for doing the right thing.

Hillary! Hillary!  The law is slow at times but eventually does work. Now if only the FBI would also do the job it was created for instead of pandering to a few. Many more less suspicious have found themselves on the receiving end of your investigations, why not one who deserves all she gets.

Hillary, I hope you look good in orange sack cloth suits! Perhaps it can become a trendy fashion statement for your donaters as well.   Oh, but I forgot several of them already wear that suit, don’t they!  The uranium negotiator is now staring out from behind bars courtesy of the Putin uranium deal and a foriegn court.  Then there is your Saudi assistant who went back to Saudi Arabia and faced trial over some issues to do with time spent in your employ.

My, my–could not happen to a more deserving  person.  I just wonder if those foriegn court records could help prove at least one or two cases pouring out of the woodwork about your alledged misconduct and “so called circumstantial” deals.  I seriously doubt you could be tried as a traitor but I can always pray it happens.

Judicial Watch and others have more FOIA waiting in the wings should this prove fruitful.  I would love to see her rotten potato cart upended and the pansy demo-communist liberals with rotten eggs on their faces.

There is only one worry I have; if this does go through, will it be quickly enough to get results before campaigns go into high gear?

This is good news but I hope that Judge Reggie B. Walton doesn’t get co-opted for some reason or another. The daggers are being sharpened. I have little faith that the Clintons will be brought to justice but miracles do happen all the time.

Hillary in an orange pantsuit… oh, what dream.

    • Uriel says:

Lol Hardnox it is to be sure. Same here. I worry that law is not for all given the reasons we constantly see.

Some one wants Clintons out of the way for 2016

    • Uriel says:

True Dexter. Can’t possibly accept more of the same if we hope to Move ahead. Two wrongs in office makes for a very dim stagnant future.

You have to give JW credit for their dogged determination – those guys just never give up.

I can appreciate the Judge’s efforts, but unless they go after sources other than the server, it will be a waste of time. By now, that thing is ashes, so they have to look elsewhere.

    • Uriel says:

I agree Kathy and those who do have possible emaiks are scrambling to delete them while they push for hers. The best way is investigation of corruption and tieing her to people in other countries or some here in the US who have received sentences for their part in illegal activities.

      • Uriel says:

She has had years to perfect her routine of escaping to expect her emails to really advance a case that way.

I agree with Kathy. The ONLY possible way to get the truth out of Hitlary is to give her an I.V. drip of sodium pentothal.

Ummm Clyde. That might give the doctor and interviewer nightmares for years to come. She has to have a huge spiderweb of dusty secrets lol.
