Avalon – Quest for the Apple Part 1

shariah in courtsAs so many times happens for seekers of truth, an article or picture will open a door.  So much in the news has come out–beheadings, teachings of Islam, lies and misdirections like the last few days– that when I stumble across information, I feel it important to share.

One thing led to another when I came across this archived under US court judges information: the Code of Federal Regulations; Title 31, Subtitle B, Chapter V regarding Dept. of Treasury regulations relating to foreign asset control. It was the title of the case– USA versus Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development and done in 2008 that had me pause.. Even that did not absorb my interest, though definitely noteworthy, as much as the complete Hamas Covenant of 1988 as entered into our federal court of law and extracted from a Yale law library section. I will add links but for now just know that document absolutely floored me in its scope.

To think our courts had access to this document since 1988 and people have been lied to and misdirected through media, current events including infiltration of education, politics, and over that long is horrific. It gives so much insight on so many aspects of the whole subject of Islam, terrorists, moslems, mosques, their plans, and their actions that our citizens needed to make informed decisions, be prepared to counter, and understand their reasoning. The entire covenant actually lays out everything we as citizens have wondered, questioned, and become ever more fearful of in our daily lives.

I absolutely believe it is essential that each reader take time to scan that legal document and absorb the words and meanings of this covenant if you really are seeking truth not mainstream lies or conspiracy ramblings or misdirections of truth as the moslems wish you to know.

In this blog I am going to address certain questions and answer as I interpret. The covenant as I said was originally 1988 but I think it irrelevant as to date probably little has changed and certainly it is explanatory of things we non-muslims can’t grasp. (Hamas aka the Islamic Resistance Movement and other names)

1) Is Islam a religion? Yes.
“religion – the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods”
Those who follow Islam are definitely in a religion.  Not all religions make sense to the social or moral concepts of the majority of society.  They follow exactly the words found in the Qur’an and have laws which govern behavior both inside and outside of its tenets.   It has faith, belief, worship, and creed.  Further, like all divisions of Christianity and Jews around the world, the beginning of Islam was found in the passages put forth in the oldest passages of the Old Testament of the Bible.  Therefore, regardless of the beliefs of today’s religions or societal dictates, they are and believe as defined.

That said, it is to my knowledge the only form of religion that has written into its bible the unbreakable law that all who are followers must kill, use all means necessary, and lie in order to further its spread as needed.  If anyone knows of other religions, please let this author know along with examples.  Nowhere in the recognized Christian or Jewish Bible or supporting works are true followers given commandments (except by certain members in their own passages)  or guidelines which require every member to do these two commands.  Qur’an (2:191-193) (4:95) (2:244) (9:5) as examples

2) Is Islam a form of political ideology? Yes
“political ideology – certain ethical set of ideals, principles, doctrines, myths, institution, class, or large group that explains how society works and offers political or cultural blueprint for a certain social order.”
Islam readily admits that it has a doctrine where the Quran is the Constitution of its entire community of followers.  Indeed to not follow them brings upon the unfortunate one a swift, harsh, and often extreme judgment from loss of limbs, to different styles of stoning, to loss of head, or mutilation hanging upon a cross until dead.  It has laws called Shari’ah for the administering of the legal aspects of the entire group. A collectively elected official called Caliphate who performs all the duties and oaths no different than a President of a country.  It has Imams who are religious leaders administering over the various locations, acting as judges, and speaking for women in cases of trial.  It also has lawyers to represent cases to determine the outcome of legal issues.  It has a military as every muslim individually and collectively must subscribe to all its requirements as written.  It has a flag to rally under, a motto, and many other signs and symbols usually found in a country.

The Hamas Covenant under Article 1 clearly states its program is Islam and through more than a few other sections exhorts all its different individuals and groups across the world to join as is expected and right of any who are true Islam believers and faithful. hamas_charter

In Article 2, it  notes that it is one wing of Moslem Brotherhood based in Palestine. The Covenant states“The Moslem Brotherhood is a universal organization which constitutes the larges Islamic movement of modern times.  It is characterized by its deep understanding, accurate comprehension and its complete embrace of all Islamic concepts  of all aspects of life, culture, creed, politics, economics, education, society, justice and judgement, the spreading of Islam, education, art, information, science of the occult and conversion to Islam.”

The Ottoman Empire until the end of World War I was a tremendous area of control for Islam, dealing harsh judgement on those who “if are not willing to convert and follow its code and creed will be annihilated.”  The countries at the end of the war dealt extremely harshly with this empire even beyond any other country involved on the losing side, deliberately breaking it into many pieces, they felt with justification.

Good work so far, Uriel. Looking forward to the rest of your analysis.

Thanks. Hardnox and Kathy are making it look fantastic. I hope it does help

Many of us can relate to one door opening another – it’s how I end up spending more time on the internet than ever intended!

You must have been in deep to find this info. How and why in the world would a Hamas covenant be in our federal court records? Does this mean we accept Palestine as a state or are we merely stewards of the document?

  4. Uriel says:

I believe it is in our courts due to the freezing of funds since it was Treasury who was named. As to how I got it, an innocently typed search about hamas Led me to it And a footnote then led me to Yale. Remember that version of covenant is 1988 and probably existed for many years before. This is a worldwide Planned movement. The Moslem Brotherhood Hamas recognized in the covenant as having existed even longer before. No one should ever doubt again from its wording who, what, where, when, why supposedly uneducated camel drivers came to be today’s terrorists.
