  1. Terry says:

In one word : ABSOLUTELY !

  2. CW says:

Of course it’s treason, but the country has been so dumbed-down after a century of liberalism that people no longer understand what treason is.

    • upaces88 says:

18USC,Part 1,Chapter 115,Sec.2381. He usurped Presidency,by fraud, during time of war. Obama a Spy under the UCMJ at Section 906,Article 106.

      • Liz entrekin says:

I would agree upace but No formal war against the countries which hold with Muslim faith has been passed and would be immediately shot down if wording mentioned Muslim or its parts as an acknowledged religion or not.

HOWEVER the rest of those could apply since Islamic Muslims have stated Shariah law holds their allegiance rather than US Law. In which case I suspect, Congress has to also formally require all Muslins to hold to an oath of allegiance to the US as citizens and hold forfeit right to be in the US if noncitizen status if the oath is refused. Besides don’t forget in this instance they are taught lying is acceptable to further their spread so it means little if they so swear.

I do not as yet see enough support for either to pass 2/3 majority in Congress after placing as a bill on his desk which you Know Obama will not sign. Liberal commies and muslim practitioners are already 1/3 of Congress now.

Also it appears the Attorney General has a great deal of sway in this. Do you really think that group will attempt since (choke/cough) they are currently holding to the term “prosecutorial discretion” as reasonable And I might add Supreme Court has backed in argument ?

        • Liz entrekin says:

I would see Congress more likely to impeach Obama on usurping the laws currently in force or attempting to circumvent the authority of Congress to pass and expect a sitting president to enforce. Even that I was led to believe would be Maybe 20% likely as of now.

        • upaces88 says:

Boots have been on the ground since 9/11. Try telling the families who have lost their husbands, brothers, sisters and friends in a “war that wasn’t.”

  3. Grouchy says:

G’Morning, Kathy, and what a tale of truth to tell~!
If I may, a couple things that add to this:

Treason doth never prosper: what’s the reason?
Why, if it prosper, none dare call it treason.

    Sir John Harington,
    and

Hast thou betrayed my credulous innocence
With vizor’d falsehood and base forgery?

John Milton, Comus (1637), line 697.

  4. Just Gene says:

Thanks Kathy – I hear so many say he should be impeached – NO – he belongs in front of a military firing squad for treason.
    luvya

    • Kathy says:

Agreed, Gene, the impeach obama screed is very tiring and you’d think they’d drop it by now. A firing squad is exactly where he belongs, but it will never happen, not so long as Biden is his successor. That’s probably why O picked him.

  5. vonMesser says:

BUT, for it to be treason you have to be betraying your own country.
I don’t think that this is his country.
So we might get him for sabotage and espionage, but not treason.

  6. Liz entrekin says:

    Constitution: Section 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.
    ——————
In otherwords, until and unless Congress declares formally who and what we are at war with concerning terrorism, No One can bring Obama to court on a case for Treason. 2001 Congress stated a very loose wording of terrorism which does not state to whom and what country it is formally addressing. No congressman will touch this as I have already asked my own congressmen to answer. We HAVE to force Congress on this issue for several reasons. First of course is funding. Second is the infiltration and attempt from within by Islamic organizations to our judicial and public government positions. Already more than 50 court cases have challenged Shari’ah vs our rules of law. Since no formal declaration has been made, these challenges are subtly and in some cases overtly making inroads in our fundamental laws Using the 1st amendment and others to further undercut our democracy. Many localized trials give them substance and it isn’t until the cases are challenged thankfully in appellate court that reversals are made.

    • Kathy says:

Liz, too bad O wasn’t in your Constitutional Law class – he might actually know something about it if he had, lol. Seriously though, great information you’ve put out here today.

Not positive, but I think everything O’s done has been so borderline treasonous, they probably couldn’t charge him anyway. He’s done several things that were unconstitutional, but nothing overtly treasonous. It’s more our wishful thinking.

      • Liz entrekin says:

I know. I think the only way we will be able to defeat this is do like he and others have so skillfully done. Counter with logic and use Of law carefully so that our words ring true but within the boundaries of law so these people can not get the last word and score a victory. So far we have responded with passion and ended with egg on our face while they have set up even more ways to disinfranchise our young people who can not understand their methods. Remember these guys started long ago and had time over the years to hone skills and groom their mouthpieces. What Obama forgets is just as he throws out those who have backed him, he is just as expendable to their cause. Jhadists are the hounds but they Have handlers. THOSE have to be eliminated too.

      • upaces88 says:

        “Borderline?”
He GAVE 6 oil righ islands off the coast of Alaska back to Russia.
Remember when the BLM went after the land of people? It was to GIVE to China for the debt.

  7. Garnet92 says:

Personally I think that “diversity” is a crock. And the two places that would benefit the most from diversity, find themselves totally devoid of diversity of thought.

The left will not condone any diversity of thought that may lead to an opinion that would differ from the party line, and the “mainstream” media is another monument of our public life that tolerates no diversity of view that strays from the liberal gospel.

Just think of what the 2008 and 2012 elections would have been like if Osleezeball had been exposed and crucified like Sarah Palin was or Mitt Romney was. Not with any facts that weren’t true – just the plain unvarnished truth laid bare for the voters to see. Obumba wouldn’t have made the grade and would probably still be a junior senator in Illinois voting “present” on any bill that was contentious. A position for which he is much more suited.

    • Kathy says:

Diversity is right up there with tolerance, in that we’re always the ones to give in – nobody ever tells the minorities or the oddballs they have to conform.

In 2008 most people were too enamored with O to look for the truth and the ones that did got shushed and accused of racism. We seriously needed a re-do on that one and then 2012 wouldn’t have happened.

      • upaces88 says:

This is weird. Every time I tried to reply to Garnet or Kathy , it went straight to Liz. That’s okay….for all of the above:
Subject: Have Copyright Permission: Crucify Political Correctness on the Altar of Freedom of Speech

Crucify Political Correctness on the Altar of Freedom of Speech
The West will either reject the logic of Political Correctness or suffer a catastrophic failure of vision, will, power and influence, destroying civil society as we know it. This may sound drastic, and of course it is. But why is it being claimed here? Because the ideas in the doctrines of Political Correctness and related notions like Multiculturalism are so destructive that—much like magma—these cannot long be held safely before spilling over and causing tremendous damage, chaos and destruction of our society.

The reason it must be eliminated is because Political Correctness is a Trojan horse for Marxism, which always destroys everything it touches. PC is a curse which must be denounced before it mangles its host society, especially since it is the very opposite of Free Speech. More importantly, individual responsibility is eliminated by PC standards which make irrelevant personal morality. This is the subject of this essay.

There is another article by the Jewish World Review on “Forgiveness”….hit me so hard as TRUE that I wrote to the author of each one to ask for permission to copy and paste both of them everywhere that would allow it.

The one on Forgiveness was, personally, very powerful for me. People always seem to say, “Ooooh Come on, just forgive and go on.”
A person has to “ask for forgiveness” before then can be forgiven.

Could it be?! Someone finally has the brains And gumption to rat on the Executive branch strong arming.

Perhaps all the grilling over hot coals Republicans are doing is actually going to roast someone finally and make people nervous enough to actually spill the beans.
