DOJ Won’t Charge Office Darren Wilson

From Breitbart:

Officer Wilson, whose career was destroyed by racism.

The Department of Justice will recommend that Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson not be charged with any federal civil rights violation in the shooting of black teenager Michael Brown.

The New York Times reports the DOJ is in the process of drafting the recommendation after an FBI investigation “found no evidence to support civil rights charges against the officer.” However, the Times notes that Attorney General Eric Holder has not made a final decision yet. Holder is expected to reach a decision before he leaves office in the next month or two.

A St. Louis County Prosecutor announced in November that there would be no state charges brought against Wilson. That decision and the actions of prosecutor Robert McCulloch were heavily criticized, especially by the left.

Federal charges in the case were always considered unlikely, as the bar for proving a civil rights violation is relatively high. Prosecutors would need to prove not only that Officer Wilson was in error when he fired his gun but that he knew he was wrong when he did so.

The shooting of Michael Brown and the death of Eric Garner in New York were the impetus for a national protest movement known as Black Lives Matter. The movement, which seeks some reforms to police procedures, has held marches in cities across the country. It has also been involved in more confrontational tactics, such as die-ins, vandalism, and even shutting down highways.

The DOJ is still reviewing the behavior of the Ferguson police department as a whole. That investigation, launched in September, will determine whether a pattern of civil rights violations exists.

Of course they didn’t find enough evidence to charge Wilson with anything, because the DA and the grand jury had already spent weeks going over the same evidence and came to the same conclusion. The DOJ wasted more time and federal money searching for something they could slap Wilson with that supported their racist theories. There was none.

Now the DOJ will get credit for clearing him, when the whole operation was a witch hunt. Not satisfied with one defeat, they continue to pursue the police department, where it’s doubtful they’ll find anything wrong there either. Face it Holder, there was no racism. It’s all in your head.

HJC. This DoIJ is worse than Salem in the 1700’s for crying out loud. You know full well when THIS decision was made, every racist in the DoIJ was saying “SHIT, we can’t charge him. Now what are we gonna do”. Good news though, for Wilson, who STILL will be pilloried by the racist left.

    Good news, Kathy,,,
This whole process reminds me of the 1920’s KKK, as well as the activities of the Klan against MLK in the 50’s and early 60’s. Only now, the KKK would be the New Black Panthers Party, of whom Holder has given his full blessings.

In short, what we’re seeing is the activities of the KKK in reverse. But the damage to inter-racial relations is no less catastrophic.

Maybe some day, humanity will realize we all bleed red, and not green ochre~!

Blessing? Or instruction from Obama via his long time aquaintance Eric Holder? I normally do not give credence to internet conspiracy theorists, that said a You Tube video with photos and blog popped up in the last few months concerning Obama, Holder and others that is worth verification. That same blog is now removed I think lending that in itself to conspiracy. This information placed Obama and Holder in attendance at Black Panther and communist themed meetings at the same time and same place where Obama allegedly first attended college. It needs complete verification to be considered reliable. However I find it raises a great deal of questions and considerations considering Holder’s and Obama’s actions in this Ferguson matter and other incidents.

I wouldn’t doubt it one bit, Liz, anything is possible with this bunch. There have been more questionable coincidences with this administration than with any other, and many of their associations have been found to go back years prior to their current positions.
