It is absolutely insane what’s going on in this country. Innocent people are being shot simply because they wear a badge. Where and how does this end?

The authorities have released the names of the perps and they’ve found the red pick-up. In the bed of the truck were 2 dead bodies, believed to be the couple that was murdered in Oak Hill.

We now know the names of the suspects involved in a police shooting in Lewisburg.

According to Lt. Michael Baylous with the West Virginia State Police, Eric Campbell, 21 and Edward Campbell, 54, both from Texas, NC have been taken into custody.

Both men were arrested on Thursday following a traffic stop on Interstate 64. According to Baylous, when officers pulled over a Chevrolet SUV with stolen tag a red Chevrolet truck pulled over as well.

“As the officers were conducting the traffic stop, the driver of the red truck pulled a handgun and shot at both officers. Both officers were wounded. One of the officers was able to respond to the threat with his department issued firearm, resulting in the suspect being wounded in the leg. The driver of the white SUV left the scene,” says Baylous. “The shooting suspect went over the hillside and was eventually taken into custody by the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department. The other suspect drove behind a guardrail on the interstate and hid for a short amount of time. Eventually, he walked up to the Interstate and turned himself into law enforcement without incident.”

The men claim to be father and son. Investigators say Edward Campbell is the shooter.

During the search of the Chevrolet truck, officers found the bodies of two people underneath a mattress in the bed of the truck.

According to NBC affiliate WNCN in Raleigh, NC, authorities in Texas, NC and WV State Police are looking at whether the deaths of a Granville County couple are the bodies that were found in the back of a pickup truck driven by a man who allegedly shot two Lewisburg police officers on Thursday.

The station says, “Granville County Sheriff Brindell B. Wilkins Jr. said Jerome Faulkner, 73, and his wife Dora, 62, were at their home near Oak Hill when two men entered around 7 a.m.  The men reportedly set the couples house on fire and then stole their red Chevy pick up truck.”

These aren’t human beings – they’re monsters.

    Two comments
    1. I’m ready to start shooting back.
    2. We need a ”
I don’t like this krap” button

    • Kathy says:

Ditto on both points, VM. Sick of this crap.

    • upaces88 says:

I have been saying the same thing you said for a very long time.
I don’t know when. I don’t know who. This is about to come to a screeching halt!
The police know who is doing this…don’t be surprised if we start reading articles about people being found dead with no suspects.

  2. I.R. Wayright says:

Were the perps wearing “I can’t breathe” or Hands up, Don’t shoot” tee shirts?

  3. randy63ism says:

This crap is absolutely horrible and though I hope not, seems to be going viral.

    • Kathy says:

Exactly, Randy, of all things we don’t need going viral, this is it. Somehow this one feels a little different in that there was no subsequent suicide. We’ll have to see how it unfolds.

Good to hear from you – it’s been a while.

      • randy63ism says:

Kathy, if this does become a trend, it could have the effect of driving more and more law enforcement types towards the grassroots Tea Party movement and have a major impact upon restoring the Republican Party back to the base, not to mention driving frightened fence-sitters our way. Even some federal law-enforcement officers may start feeling betrayed by the 0bama miss-administration just as NYPD have with De Blasio. Pentagon officials? Hmmmm.

Perhaps it’s just hopeful thinking on my part, trying to find a silver lining to this all-encompassing cloud of despair.

Anyway, it’s good to be back!

        • Kathy says:

That would be a good direction for things to go, but it worries me that bad can often dominate while good has to fight its way to the top.

On a good note, I am seeing a lot of support for the cops side of things, so maybe we’re not the only ones who are hopeful. It seems no matter how dire things get, we manage to hold onto that.

          • vonMesser says:

What I worry about with “support for the cops” is the possibility of armed “citizen” patrols driving around looking for “something wrong”. And then taking their own action. Which could lead to serious weaponry usage – followed by Obummer calling out the Guard or claiming insurrection, and calling out the Army. And (unfortunately) he would be in the right in that case.

          • randy63ism says:

I’ve been seeing a lot of that too, support for law enforcement that is.

Sadly, this country has far too many worthless idiots who are easily manipulated by race hustlers and other leftist and especially the whole of 0bama’s regime. They have blood on their hands and much to answer for.

  4. vonMesser says:

I have a BAAAAAD feeling that this is the tip of the iceberg, and the liberal press is going to do as much as possible to ignore and not report on this (and similar) events

    • randy63ism says:

Me too. It would be no surprise if the media ignores it like they do so much else that challenges their political comfort zone.

    • Kathy says:

VM, that’s why we have to blast it out there and make people aware of it. We are the worst enemy of the leftist media.

    • I.R. Wayright says:

I hope the invistigations tie all this type of activity to the umbrella organization, so it can be taken down. Of course Obama is a charter member.

  5. captbogus2 says:

Yeah, vM. They’re such GOOD boys. Getting ready to go to college and all…

  6. Just Gene says:

From the very beginning the DICKtater was out to destroy our protectors ie the military and the police – both are being accomplished – I’m afraid it is going to be bad.

    • Kathy says:

Agreed, Gene, it’s gonna get ugly, rather even uglier than it already is.

O’s plan to destroy us from within is working great, and he’s sitting in Hawaii with a big smile on his face.

  7. Clyde says:

Too bad the Campbells and their accomplice aren’t being greeted by Beelzebub as we speak.
