Illegal Immigrants and Murder

From DMLDaily:

Another Young Woman Found Dead in TX

Leanne Bearden

It was only a few weeks ago that a young lady was found dead in Texas along a jogging path. She was killed by a man who had previously been arrested for illegal entry into the US and who also spent 5 years in prison.

Now another beautiful young life is lost, this time in San Antonio.  Her name is Leanne Bearden, her body was found in the woods. An investigation regarding the girl’s death is underway. Hopefully we will learn exactly who killed Leanne and why.

It’s important to note she recently spent two years traveling the world with her husband.  The couple was in TX visiting the husband’s parents before heading home to CO.  The girl had been missing for a month prior to her being found.  It is just so heartbreaking to see another young life lost for what appears to be no reason.

Our government tells us the border is secure and they’re working hard to make amnesty a reality. The links below all relate to murders committed by illegal immigrants, but murder is just one of their many crimes. There are endless stories of rape, child molestation, kidnapping, breaking & entering and the countless drug charges.

Illegal alien with long criminal history stabbed woman to death in Texas

She was stabbed while jogging. The murderer, who was later caught, reportedly told investigators: “I stuck that (expletive). I cut her up real nice,” according to court documents.

Illegal Immigrant Charged With First-Degree Murder in Virginia

A Salvadoran man, who was ordered deported nearly a decade ago but never left,  murdered  three people just blocks apart in a series of shootings and a knife attack in a Virginia suburb of Washington.

A 2012 Summation:

The Obama administration released illegal immigrants who went on to commit more crimes, including charges of 19 murders, 3 attempted murders and 142 sex crimes, the House Judiciary Committee said in a report Tuesday.

All told, 16 percent of the nearly 47,000 illegal immigrants the administration was notified of, but declined to deport between 2008 and 2011 under its Secure Communities program, have gone on to be charged with other crimes.

“The Obama administration could have prevented these senseless crimes by enforcing our immigration laws,” said committee Chairman Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “But President Obama continues to further his  anti-enforcement agenda while innocent Americans suffer the consequences. His unwillingness to enforce immigration laws puts our  communities at risk and costs American lives.”

ICE said many of those identified by Secure Communities report either weren’t eligible to be deported or were released by local officials before ICE could respond.

“Because ICE is congressionally funded to remove a limited number of individuals each year, the agency prioritizes our enforcement efforts on individuals whose removal has the biggest impact on public safety, including immigrants convicted of crimes, violent criminals, felons, and repeat immigration law offenders,”  ICE spokeswoman Barbara Gonzalez said.

These figures are from 2012, so the numbers have only increased, both in crimes committed and lives lost.

Congress needs to rethink their priorities and change the funding so ICE can do a better job. At this point amnesty is unthinkable.

Given the situation, why can’t the family of that poor girl sue the administration for refusing to deport? I think if there were hundreds (probably thousands) of folks filing such lawsuits and clogging up the courts, it would get attention.

Well I can dream, can’t I? And not, it’s not a dream act.

    • Kathy says:

As much as I’d like to dream with you, I think the courts are already so clogged, it could be decades before this sees the light of day.

  2. We thought Hitler was bad, and Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao, and we are ruled by one worse than any of them, for the slickness of his deceit. SURREAL~!

  3. Damnably sobering post, Kathy. Well presented, and well researched. Those who support amnesty in any manner, must be held accountable, and suffer the consequences.

  4. CW says:

Did anyone ask to see ICE spokeswoman Barbara Gonzalez’ ID to make sure she was here legally?

Since the bureaucrats want to blame their ineptitude on a lack of funds maybe they’d like to tell us how much it would cost to deport all of the illegal aliens that come to their attention during the year vs. what it costs to let them stay and put the criminal portion through our justice system. That can’t be cheap either, and we’re not even including the loss of life and property. I’ll bet we could get a bunch of volunteers to help with the deportation process and make it real cheap.

    • Kathy says:

That’s a great idea, CW. Just a handful of us here in Texas could make a huge impact on the number of illegals here. I’d volunteer, rig up the truck with some chains and Folger’s potties, let’s roll.

  5. Hardnox says:

What part of ILLEGAL doesn’t our government understand?

We scream about this all the time. 1/3 of all inmates in jails and prisons are illegals. Illegal’s kids are in our schools, they clog our hospitals, vacuum Social Security and Medicare. At the same time the burden on Americans keeps rising. This is insane.

The article describes the cherry picking of who get deported. Why bother? Express freight all their asses out of the country.

The people who govern us spend more money on studies and outreach than they do on getting rid of these vermin.

    I’m sick of it.

    • Kathy says:

I’m sick of it too, Hardnox, and even sicker of our stinking government embracing and subsidizing it instead of enforcing the existing laws.

Get in your truck and come to Texas for a couple of weeks – it looks like CW and I are starting a new business called ‘Deportations R Us’, hehe.

      • Was watching a program on History 2 yesterday, “How the States got their Shapes”, and one of the highlights was the BBQ and history of Texas.

IMPRESSIVE, is too mild a word for how I saw the personality of Texas.
Interestingly, while Texas wanted to join the Union, the United States was apparently afraid to bring Texas into the Union. And what I did not know is, there are THREE main power grids in the U.S. ,,, The East, The West, and Texas is totally self-sufficient, in the manner of electrical power. So, CW, Kathy, grab a couple of helpers, and start your own business in the Sovereign Republic of Texas. And Peace and Prosperity on your efforts – They are sorely needed~!~!~!

  6. tannngl says:

Read yesterday that the government is losing many more cases and deporting many less illegals out of the country. Move over, make room for all these criminals in your town. They’re spreading nationwide.

    • Kathy says:

In our area crime has increased substantially. Just last night the cops were chasing all over town looking for an escaped jailbird, and wouldn’t you know it? He’s an illegal immigrant.

And the lib mind STILL fights capital punishment for murderers while at the same time endorsing prenatal infanticide.
    Boggles the thinking man’s mind.
