YOU CAN’T Crash What Never Flew~!

The IDIOCY of the HHS Secretary is beyond believable.

“Last Resistance” and Philip Hodges have the story. And empty your mouths.

Sebelius: “The Website Has Never Crashed”

Posted By Philip Hodges on Nov 1, 2013 .

According to Sebelius, the website is functional. All those complaints from people claiming that it isn’t working must be made up and have now become the conservative talking points. Or they’re all isolated incidents. Millions of isolated incidents.

Whatever the case, it’s not the website. Perhaps users just need to restart their computers. Or make sure they’re connected to the internet. CNN reported:

“We were anxious to get the website up and running and functional, which we clearly have failed to do to date,” Sebelius said. “Although, I would suggest the website has never crashed. It is functional but at a very slow speed and very low reliability.”

Here we go with the usual equivocation we find in politics. You know, like “it depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is.” Some on Twitter poked fun at Sebelius’s claim, opining, “The Hindenburg didn’t crash. It was just flying on the ground while on fire.”

And JFK wasn’t assassinated. His head just got in the way of a [couple] high-velocity, stray projectile[s]. I’m sure you can come up with some yourself.

I don’t see what the big deal is. Why bother prevaricating about the bush, since she’s willing to take the blame? Why acknowledge that the website is a failure, but that it didn’t crash. Is she trying to make it sound like it’s not really that big of a deal, all the while offering a canned apology? Actually, I’m not even sure she apologized. She did “take responsibility,” though.

I think the website has served as a humorous disaster, but I don’t think it should be the focus. And neither should Sebelius. We’d all like to see her go, but seriously, what good would that do, considering she would be replaced by someone just like her or worse?

The focus needs to be on Obamacare. These hearings are entertaining and all, but they’re distractions. Fixing the website (if that’s even possible), or firing Sebelius, or getting some contractor to take the fall, isn’t going to make Obamacare go away. It’ll still be there. And if Sebelius is gone, then Obamacare will be overseen by some other stooge.

The goal should still be to repeal Obamacare, replace it with nothing, and continue to strip away government mandates and regulations that have made health care in this country so expensive. Getting the government out of the way would allow prices to come down and the quality of healthcare to be made better.

Oh, My Gawrsh~! I wonder how many YEARS this individual spent dumbing down as to be so below the Intelligence Equivalent of a certifiable, brain-dead Zombie?

Just one further tribute to this person:

I sit here sometimes and my head just spins. I don’t know whether to laugh hysterically like a maniac or to cry my eyes out over the words that come out of this administration’s mouths.

Of course it didn’t crash…it never got off the ground! It just did a head on collision with stupidity.

    • Blessed B, How so very well we here at ‘Nox & Friends know the feeling you so eloquently expressed.
      Thanks for stopping in~!
( It’s kind of like the lead-in for the old, “Schlitz Playhouse of Stars” TV program, with the Sad and Grinning “masks”,,,)

I guess it depends on what your definition of ‘crash’ is.

I would remind Hodges that efforts to repeal it were met with a Democratic Senatorial brick wall of a NO. To continue is just more wasted time.

Planned incompetence. Must be a 400 level course at name-your-Ivy-League school. Only other explanation.

  4. Garnet92 says:

It’s all a big misunderstanding, it never happened to them before. The site didn’t crash. In order for it to crash, it must first have been “up.” It never got past the flaccid state and thus, never achieved full “erection.” They just couldn’t keep it up. It was a clear case of E.D. (Enrollment Dysfunction).

I hope that you understand my technical explanation of the administration’s case of performance anxiety.
